Chapter 3

Ch 3

Stranger danger

Have you ever just woken up and forget how you got there? Well that happened to me just this morning....and now I'm in hell

Not literally...but close enough...I'll start from when I woke up

I woke up on a couch in a metallic looking room "where am I?" I thought out loud

"In my my awesome lair, on my awesome couch" said a voice from the corner, I looked over to see a very attractive guy with black hair and dark eyes that had some orange, blue, green, and white In them

I let out a loud scream and grabbed the thing closet to me....which just so happened to be a pillow

"Oh my gosh, a pillow...call the police" he said sarcastically

"Who are you......?" I asked raising the pillow higher

He rolled his eyes "your worst nightmare"

I wacked him in the face with the pillow which seemed to catch him off guard "I'm serious!"

His face looked all distorted for a second "you hit me"

"Yes, now can you tell me your name?"

"...it's me....Dustin" he said rubbing where the pillow hit

I lowered my weapon "why aren't you in uniform"

"Even villains go to school, and your coming too"

"I don't need school"

"What makes you so special"

"Because I'm awesome"

He shook his head and threw some girl clothes at me "I stole these this morning, go change....and when we get to the school, don't talk to me"

I nodded and proceeded down a hallway to the bathroom, the outfit was just a simple pair of leggings and a long sleeved dark blue shirt

I washed my face and brushed through my black hair before walking out to the elevator where Dustin was waiting "could you have taken any longer?" He questioned pushing the button on the elevator, this time I held my hair

He walked us out to where he had a simple black mustang and had me get in the passenger seat

"How long does it take to get there?" I asked buckling my seat belt

He didn't answer, just turned on the ignition and pressed the gas

I was already afraid to get in a car with this dude, but when he's going 100 miles per hour it doesn't really make me feel safe

After around 15 minutes of me feeling out he slowed down at the gates of a big building but he stopped a few feet away "get out"

"What?"

"I said get out, I'm popular and I can't have you ruining my reputation " he said simply looking at himself in the mirror

"Okay then" I got out and started walking to the gates which just opened when I approached them

And this is how I ended up in hell

I walked up to the front doors and walked into a room that said office on the door

The lady waved me over "do you need any help?" She questioned

"Yea, I'm new her-" she interrupted me

"Name?"

"Ivy rose" she typed in some things on her computer

"Ah yes, Ivy rose, your father called last night, here's your schedule, your locker number and combination are on the top and the map is on the back,here are you books, if you need anything else ask you teacher, have a good day"

I walked out and headed in the direction of where my locker is supposed to be

"68...69...70" I stopped and turned to put my combination in, I opened it and put the books I didn't need in before I walked down the almost empty halls to find my class

When I finally found the hall I was supposed to be in it was around 15 minutes into class

I found my class and walked in to a elderly man teaching about something about the holocaust, he stopped and turned towards me

"What are you doing here?" He asked scratching his head which was pretty close to being bald

"Uh, I'm Ivy rose, I'm new here" I said checking my schedule to see if I was in the right class

"Ah yes, you can sit in the back by Miss Black , Justice raise your hand" a girl in the back with dark blue hair and silverish eyes, she lazily raised her hand

I hurried back there not before I caught the eye of Dustin who was half glaring at me half glaring at the people who stopped looking at him to look at me

I took a nother look at the girl and noticed floating symbols glowing red, there was a hand which means she is telekinetic so she can move things with her mind, there was also a feather which could either mean she has....wings.....awesome, or that she's a bird...but I'm pretty sure she's not

I took my seat next to her and laid my book on the desk

"Is there a reason you were staring at me a minute ago" she said as she doodled in her notebook

"Actually yes"

She looked up surprised "care to explain"

I sighed and looked her straight in the eye "I know your secret" before I started laughing, she started nervously laughing to "but seriously I know"

"How?" She questioned

"That's my secret I guess" she nodded and looked towards the door as a tallish boy with brown hair and blue eyes and looked to be like a class clown, he walked closer and I saw the symbols above his head, one held strength, and the other held flight

"Sorry I'm late there was-" he looked at me "a little mishap" and then he looked at her and smiled taking the seat on the other side of her

"Interesting...." I muttered as I noticed little bolts of electricity come off of his head, he hasn't discovered this ability when others discover there's around age five

"Why is she looking at me like that" the guy whispered to justice

"That's what I'm trying to figure out jinx" she muttered

"Did you know you could electrocute things?" I asked Jinx

"What?" He questioned as he looked over to Justice I noticed the bolts get bigger and some start appearing on justice......NOT A NEW ABILITY, I REPEAT NOT A NEW ABILITY

"Never mind" I muttered, I still have things to figure out about my ability

"Does she know" he whispered to Justice

"Yes, I don't know how, but yes"

"I have an ability" I muttered looking up to the board "I see things-" jinx cut me off

"Well yea, I see things to" Justice wacked him on the side of the head

"Continue" she gestured

"Well it's not like normal people, I can see these things above your head, they tell me what you do....but that's not all I notice" I took a quick glance at them

Justice just looked at me for a second before speaking "I like you, you my new best friend"

Jinx's eyes widened "hey! What about me!" He whisper shouted, Justice just hit him again and smiled at me, the rest of the period went on like that before the bell rang and Justice showed me to our next class which we had together...which was also with Dustin

"You must be miss. Rose, yes, yes, have a seat in the back by Jamie" the old woman said, a nerdy girl with glasses rose her hand and I sat at the lab with her as Justice sat at a lab near the front

Dustin walked in a minute later "oh you've got to be kidding me" he muttered as he walked up and took the seat across from me

I looked at him for a second "oh goodie" I said with an evil smile "won't this be fun"
