Jeonghan spent the week sulking and checking his phone for texts every ten minutes. It had gotten to the point that a teacher took away his phone because he was checking it too much.
That made Jeonghan freak out. What if he calls? What if he only has a few minutes to talk to me and I missed it?
He focused on school less that week and got an overall of three hours of sleep that week.
This week was better though.
Jeonghan had received flowers at his doorstep that Sunday afternoon. The card laying next to the pretty yellow petal of one of the flowers read, "I needed time to put my thoughts together, I think I'm okay now though. Let's meet at the park in between our schools on Main Street at 6pm today. I hope to see you there. - coups."
Jeonghan needed time to think about this. He wasn't sure if it was worth it for him, or if he had ruined their relationship and this would be the last time Seungcheol would want to talk.
Jeonghan got dressed anyway, he wore a light pink sweater and simple ripped black jeans. The sweater was something comfortable and loose in case his heart needed room to beat out of his chest from nervousness when they would meet.
He left the house at 5:52 and made it to the park at 6:14, he was late but he was sure Seungcheol could care less.
He debated walking through the entrance that night, but he did. He knew it was the right choice. He walked to a bench next to the medium-sized water fountain and sat there.
Only four or five minutes had passed, but to Jeonghan it felt like 20. Maybe I came too late, he's probably gone by now.
Jeonghan stood up from the bench and turned left, about to walk away. Instead of walking further from the bench, he was grabbed by the wrist. He'd never been more frightened, he screamed.
"Jeonghan, calm down its only me."
Jeonghan opened his eyes to see a pair of tight fitting jeans on a pair of beautifully built thighs. From then he knew exactly who grabbed his thin wrist. Seungcheol.
He looked up to the boys ethereal face only to find himself getting nervous for the confrontation that was yet to come.
"I'm glad you could make it." Seungcheol stated in a whisper-like voice while slightly smiling.
"I'm glad I came." Jeonghan smiled back.
