The Theory of the Dipper and the Bucket

This theory was established in 1907. A man named Don Clifton invented it. He was sick of focusing on the negativity in people. They had always studied "What is wrong with people?" So Don decided to focus on "What is right with people?"

Here's how it works:

"Everyone has an invisible bucket. We are at our best when our bucket is overflowing and at our worst when our bucket is empty. Everyone also has an invisible dipper. In each interaction, we can use our dipper to either fill or dip from others' buckets. Whenever we chose to fill another's bucket, we in turn fill our own."

Your goal for each day should be to fill buckets. It will make you and people around you feel good. Do not expect others to fill your bucket. This in turn may end up with you dipping from your own bucket. Keeping this theory in mind will improve your life and the lives around you. You can also spread this in your school. You want a bucket filling school, with no dipping allowed.
