~Kyle's POV~

"Cory." I said walking over to my brother.

"Yeah Kyle?" He walked over to meet me halfway.

"I have to tell you something." I said. Maybe this was a bad idea.

"Yeah, what you need?" He asked.

"I... I... I'm gay..." I said and felt my face heat up

"Your what now? I don't think I heard that right." Cory walked a little closer to me.

"I'm gay, I'm a faggot, I like the same gender!" I said.

"What makes you say that." He asked.

"I'm in love with a guy." I said.

"Who? Which guy?" He asked.

"Shane Benson." I said quietly.

"Come again?" He asked.

"Shane Benson!" I said a little too loud.

"You mean my best friend?" He asked slowly.

"Yeah..."

"What makes you say that?"

"When I saw him with Cassandra I felt the need to get her away from him, make sure no one ever touches him again like that."

"It won't work."

"What won't?"

"You with him, Kyle, he's straighter than a pole!"

"I know! I just needed to tell you." I said.

"Yeah, I am." I heard Shane say.

"Fuck." I said under my breath.

"Go on Kyle, I need to talk to Shane." Cory said.

I hopped in my car and drove off. I drove to the beach and sat on the sand. A little bit later I felt my phone go off in my pocket.

Hey, I need you t come home, I need your help with something

Shane gone?

Yeah

Ok, I'll be right there

I texted my brother back, got into my car and drove home. Once I got into the driveway Cory was waiting for me.

"Hey, come here." He said and waved me over. I got out and walked over to him.

"What do you need?" I asked.

"I need you to come on the trip with us." He said.

"What? Why?" I asked.

"Ben broke his arm and he cant come, in order to go at all we need six people." He explained.

"Why don't you ask one of your other friends." I asked,

"Because they're not my brother." He said. "Come on I need you there." He said.

"Yeah ok, fine." I said.

"Ok, your bunking with Shane." He said.

"WHAT!?" I yelled.

"Your bunking with Shane." He repeated.

"Can't I just bunk with Levi?" I asked.

"No, Ben was supposed to bunk with Shane, come on, it's not going to be that bad." He said.

"Please, I need you there, Kyle." He pleaded.

"Fine, but I'm only going for you." I said and huffed.
