My eyes blink slowly, trying to process the situation. I hear quick footsteps approach me. Lance gets in front of me. "What the hell, guys?! This is Keith no matter what he looks like! He is still our Keith." He is crying.

I shove Lance to the side and growl. My voice is weak and strained. "Lance,
stop. I'm nothing to this team anymore, I'm galra, a monster." He bares his teeth and faces me.

"Shut up Keith!" He grabs my arm and looks me in the eyes. Deep into my eyes. His blue orbs shine and leak with crystal clear tears that make his reddened cheeks look shiny. "You're our leader and you've been here for me when I have doubts, I can't lose you."

I feel a shape pain hit my right arm as Pidge slashes it quickly. "Stop it! Don't hurt him!" I grab my arm and growl, clawing at the air around me hoping I didn't hit anyone. Lance holds my jacket sleeve a little too tightly and looks to me again. "Let's go."

"Go where?!" He drags me to the room where his lion sits. I look at the red metal and feel my legs move as he practically drags me inside. I stand next to his chair as it turns on. "Lance, what the hell are you doing?" He doesn't answer, but instead takes off into space quickly.

After what feel like a million ticks, he speaks up. "We're going to a new planet, Keith. One where you'll be safe." Why does he care so much? I growl and pull on his hair. He legs out a pained noise.

"Stop acting like you care, cargo pilot." He scoffs and starts to go faster towards a planet that looks like a more neon version of earth. It's colors are a deep aqua blue, an almost pastel red and small bits of blackish-blue that resemble water. I grab the back of his chair and bite my lip.

He chuckles and looks back to me with a smirk as we speeds through the atmosphere. I squint my eyes and tighten my grip. "Shut up, emo mullet!"

My heart stops as we land. The trees are beautiful and the flowers sprouting from them are even more dazzling. The hatch opens and I walk out slowly. "Lance, I- " he cuts me off with a petty comment.

"Thank me later, kitty cat." I growl and pin him to a nearby tree. I hold his hands tightly against the trunk and lean in really close. "You think you're all that, don't you? You think just because you took me away from them means I'm gonna suddenly like you? I'll always hate you, Lance and you know what I don't need you!" He tries to stutter out words but he's can't, as he is crying. I scoff and pull away.

I start to feel bad and I turn to him with an apologetic look. "Lance, I'm sorry I didn't... I shouldn't have said that." He angrily wipes his tears and stops to sit under a tree a few meters away.

I sit next to him and look into his entrancing eyes once again. "Lance, I want to thank you for saving me but seriously man I don't deserve it." He scoots away and I growl. "You dork." I lay down in the soft grass feeling it with my hands. It's hard to feel much because of the fur but I still know it's soft.

He lays next to me and sighs loudly. "You're not too bad when we aren't fighting. But you intimidate me less now." He giggles. "With those fluffy ears it's hard to take you seriously." I growl and look over to him.

"What's that supported to mean?" He just laughs and pats my head.
