HIS Everything and Only Exception

CHAPTER 2: Business Before Pleasure

        Damien, Dillon and I have been waiting outside for Josh to show up. I know why he's running late. It's cause of his girlfriend, Beca.

         Now, I like Beca and everything, but he needs to separate business from pleasure. Find some kind of a balance.

         It's not that he's always late or nothing, but I'm just not as patient and have zero tolerance for lateness. All I can say is, he's LUCKY he's my brother.

         I begin to take my phone out to see where he's at, after noticing my right hand guys who happen to be twins, were messing with each other. I swear, sometimes they're like kids.

         I'm about to hit 'CALL' but then suddenly I hear Josh's bike pull up and start walking up to us.

         "Glad you decided to join us finally." I said sarcastically.

         "Yeah, sorry bro." He began but I cut him off by putting my hand up.

         "I don't care. We'll talk about this later. But for now, we have some business to take care of." I said while then whistling at the twins and motioning to them that we're ready to go in now.

         The man who owed me and had no intentions in paying me back, I found out, has been avoiding me and my threats. So because of that, he must be taught a lesson. The threats, were part of me giving him a second chance, though because he still decided to ignore me, now, I have to take time out of my day and deal with him.

        I hadn't planned on killing anyone today, but, when you don't pay me back and do what he has done, this is what happens.

        After we were done 'teaching' him a lesson, we headed back towards the clubhouse.

        Though as soon as we arrived, Josh had reminded me about the beach house that we rented out for a few weeks.

         It sounds like we were mostly going there to take a break with a few of the guys. But really, I had some business to attend to also while I was there. So we are going up the day after tomorrow and we will have fun while we're there. The guys and I deserved it.

        Saturday came by really fast, but it's all good, I was excited. It would be really nice to relax since it's been a while.

        A couple of the guys, Josh and I were getting things unpacked and all set up for when Beca and her friend were coming a little later, around dinner time tonight.

       Which I wasn't even told they were coming until last night. Though I preferred it be just us guys, I reminded myself how much he really likes Beca and how I'm sure since she will become part of our family someday, I had to start getting used to stuff like this anyways. So of course, I couldn't tell him no. He's my little bro after all.

       We get things unpacked and then Dillon begins to grill some burgers and hot dogs while we're all drinking and hanging out having a good time.

       Then Josh's phone goes off and he answers it.

        "Hey baby.......Yeah.....You are?.....Awesome! Well, why don't you and Victoria go up to the bedroom that's upstairs, second door to the right on the right and then come out back here and join us. We're just hanging out, grilling and then later, are gonna have a bonfire.....Okay. Cool.  Oh and did you guys bring a swimsuit?...Cool. Well, see you girls soon. The doors unlocked...Alright, bye."

         As soon as he hangs up, he looks up at us, which we all are looking at him now with grins on our faces.

         Damien then fake coughs, "Pussy whipped."

         "Oh fuck you. You're just jealous." Josh says while flipping him off and all of us are laughing.

         About ten minutes later, we see the sliding glass door open up and out runs Beca who quickly jumps into Josh's arms excited while kissing him and has her legs wrapped around his waist.

        Now, I'm not saying that I want a relationship, but I really wouldn't mind though having somebody someday do that with me.

         I shake those thoughts from my head and take another swig from my beer, when I notice while I'm drinking, a girl that's 5'8, light skinned, has a few tats with eggplant purple hair and is curvy as hell with hazel green eyes, come shyly walking out behind Beca.

         I see Josh put Beca down and walk up towards the girl. Damn, what's her name? I have to know. I told myself.

        Josh and her hug each other and then he takes Beca's hand and they start walking over towards us.

        What the fuck is going on with my stomach. I know they can't be butterflies. That only happens to girls. Oh well, must have been something I ate earlier I thought to myself.

        Immediately my thoughts get interrupted as I heard a soft female's voice say, "It's nice to meet you. I'm Victoria, Beca's friend." She says with her hand out.
