Kiki's POV:
"Elizabeth stop being boring let's go walk and find cute guys!" I screamed as Elizabeth slept in the sand. Elizabeth moaned, but I knew she would come with if I started walking.
Elizabeth kept nodding towards guys saying "what about this one?" or "oooh that ones cuuuuute!" Occasionally I would agree. We had officially walked the whole beach and not seen anyone worth trying to get at.
An hour passed by and we were getting ready to leave when Elizabeth hit me and said "DON'T LOOK NOW BUT THERE IS A HOT BLONDE GUY IN THE WATER BEHIND YOU!" Not listening to her I swung my head around and made eye contact with the most beautiful human being I've ever seen. Immediately i knew i should've listened to Elizabeth, but I can't turn around now.. The blonde boy was coming over to us. I was shocked that he would come up to us after making eye contact once. Once he was close he said "Hi. I'm Harvey." He had this giant grin and i was shocked because he had this lush English accent. Elizabeth hit me snapping me back into reality and I blurted out "I'm Kiki." Elizabeth and Harvey laughed while I stood there embarrassed and awkward. We all started talking and I asked if Harvey wanted to join Elizabeth and I for ice cream.
While we were eating ice cream Harvey looked at his watch and looked concerned but I noticed he decided in his head it could wait. Soon his phone rang and i could hear an upset person on the other side. He stood up frantically and said "I hate to end this early but that was my upset manager. I really gotta..." His sentence trailed off as he rushed out the door with his chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in his hand.
