Kiki's POV
"So....how was it?" Elizabeth asked for the third time since we had sat down at our table at In and Out. Yesterday Harvey and I had a day to ourselves and we went down to Santa Monica Peer.
I tried to fight back a smile but my face betrayed me,"Nothing."
"Yeah, I'm sure nothing happened." Elizabeth said while rolling her eyes.
We sat in silence for a few minutes munching on our burgers and fries. I swear Elizabeth lives off of In and Out's burgers, its her go to restaurant. "So are you just going to stare off into space day dreaming about yesterday, or are you ever going to tell me about it?" Elizabeth said after we both finished eating.
Finally I told her all about yesterday. I started with telling her about how we first got ice cream and just walked around, and then for lunch we stopped at this little restaurant and learned more about each other. I ended with telling her how he finally mustered enough courage to hold my hand and go onto the Ferris wheel.
"OH. MY. GOSH!" Elizabeth practically screamed once I finished telling her about yesterday.
"Keep your voice down!" I whisper yelled at her.
"I knew it was going to be something cute, I just didn't know it would be that cute!" Elizabeth rambled as we walked back to her car.
I just laughed and shook my head at her, ever since I introduced Harvey to her she has shipped us. The rest of the day we just hung out together, and she made me tell her what Harvey and I did three times, each time she responded the exact same way.
"Kiki, he's leaving in two days." Elizabeth whispered all of a sudden.
"I know, its alright Elizabeth." I replied back softly.
"I'm sorry."
"Its alright, we all knew it was bound to happen."
"Kiki....what if..." Elizabeth started but shut her mouth.
"What?" I urged her to tell me.
"Nothing, its nothing."
