I love you. Finale pt.2

It's been several minutes since the accident and you are losing blood quickly, your skin becoming paler and paler every second, and your hopes of living becoming slimmer and slimmer, in all these moments you think of your friends *i never got to say goodbye. Ysa, Anabelly, hernan, bryan, Jojo, nick, Adi.... I won't get the chance to tell him I love him, he's the reason I'm about to die.* after about a minute your vision becomes blurry, but you see all your friends in the distance. Adi running to you in tears,
Adi-"gaby no, no, no please don't do this to me. I'm so in love with you and I'm so sorry this happened please forgive me please."
Using all the power in your body you manage to say the words "I forgive you" but Adi still crying. Then the ambulance gets here, they work quickly knowing you don't have much time left. Adi rides with you in the ambulance and everyone else hauls ass in there cars to the hospital. Adi doesn't let go of your hand.
Adi-"this is all my fault" im so so sorry" please don't die GABY PLEASE"
Paramedic- "sir, she's going to be just fine relax"
You get to the hospital, and the paramedics scream at all the doctors and patients telling them to move.
"We need a doctor!" One of them yells. They hook me up to all the machines.  All of your friends come rushing into the emergency room, standing all around you. The doctor begins to take out all his tools, but you begin to flatline. "PADDLES CHARGE TO 150''  the doctor shocks you raising the power of the machine every second you don't wake up ''Charge to 300'' you don't wake up, finally , ''CHARGE TO 450'' he manages to revive you. But not for long. Everyone in tears, especially Adi he says his last words to you. Gaby if this is your last moment with me, I want to take the chance to say, I love you. I love you with all my heart please always remember that."  "You've changed me as a person and made me a better man. You were my first true love and you will always have that special place in my heart." You begin to flatline again, all your memories start flooding back. From the first moment you laid eyes on him, the volleyball game, homecoming, the party, our first date.  You remember all the I love you's, and the Tears. And with your last breath you say "I love you too Adi." As a tear rolls down your cheek and your eyes shut. Time of death 10:42

Days later, at your school, posters everywhere and flowers on your locker. Adi hasn't talked to anyone in days Idk how he is going to recover from this. You are watching over him like a little angel, asking god to take away his guilt.
Adi's POV; it's been three days since her death, and I haven't said a word since. I have to speak at the memorial here at school. Here goes nothing. I face the crowd with the thousands of people.
Adi- "as you guys may know, our fellow classmate has passed away." She died in a car accident." You put your hands on your face and begin to cry. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I made a stupid mistake and I cheated on her. But what I have realized from this is, you don't know what you have until it's gone. If I had not done what I did she would still be here today. She was my everything and she gave me purpose." You leave the crowd in tears and applause. You never got over her death. It's been a whole year now. "And you think of her every night before you go to sleep.
