A Ghost Love Story

Madelyn woke in her bed but had her head resting on something else, she could also feel someone breathing on her neck. Madelyn jumped out of her bed and saw that the guy was resting on her bed.

" I'm sorry about before, i forgot that humans arent accustomed to ghosts." He chuckled as he stood up.

" Excuse me. Did you say ghost?" Madelyn continued to move away from him as he moved closer to her.

" Yeah, sorry about earlier. Even though i used to having that affect on girls i am still shocked every time it happens." He laughed even harder and then disappeared.

Madelyn looked around and began to relax when he reappeared in front of her.

" Ah!" Madelyn screamed as he appeared.

" Sorry again." He said apologetically.

" Umm...sorry if this is personal but when did you die?" She asked.

" Twelve years ago, i had only just had my eighteenth birthday." He said looking sad.

Madelyn moved closer to him and placed her hand on his upper arm. " How did you die?" She asked looking up to him.

He looked back down at her and placed his hand over hers and replied. " Umm....well. You really dont want to hear that do you?" he asked her.

Madelyn removed her hand from his shoulder but his hand was still covering hers. " Not unless you feel comfortable telling me."

He intertwines his fingers through hers and then stares into her eyes. " Maybe another time."

Madelyn lets go of him and moves over to the bed and tidies it up. " So um..what are you doing here?" She asks him.

" Well i came to see you." He replies moving closer to her.

She jumps as he grabs her waist, she reomves his hands and puts some distance between them. " Why would you come and see me for?" 

He takes a step forward. " Because I saw your sadness and wanted to help you because i have been put through pain before. So i came to help you in any way i could."

" oh okay." Madelyn hears footsteps coming up the stairs and she knows its her aunty.

" I had better go i dont want her seeing me again." Then he begins to vanish.

" Wait i dont even know your name." Madelyn nearly shouts.

" Leo." He says as he disapears. Madelyn could still hear the ring of his voice as her aunty entered her room.
