Recap
"Hey."
Looking up, I was glad to see he was okay, only a bandage to his head. That must have been how he lost concience.
It was Chace. With someone I didn't expect to see, who I haven't seen since mom's funeral
It was Aunt Mal, mom's older sister.
***************************
"Are you ok Chace?" I ask, ignoring Aunt Mal."I'm fine, just a scratch. Thank you for saving my life. Really, I don't know how I could ever repay you."
"It's ok, I'm just glad you are safe." I smile softly.
Chace smiled back, staring into my eyes, even though I could tell he was trying not to glance at my legs. I saw the guilt in his eyes, the pity that I knew I would be getting for a while. I just knew it.
Aunt Mal clears her throat. "Well, enough of that, let's get down to business. Chace, could you be so kind as to leave us for a while? I think you've done enough for know." She says, her smile as fake as her boobs.
"Aunt Mal! Don't talk to him like tha..."
"It's ok Annie, she right. I'll leave, see you later Annie." Chace cuts me off and walks away, leaving me alone with Aunt Mal. Her triumphant getting on my nerves.
"Don't you ever talk to my friend like that again!" I growl at my aunt, sending her a glare.
"Oh don't be like that, I was doing it for your own good." She mocks
"Get out." I whisper, barely containing my anger.
"What?" She asks surprised.
"I said, GET OUT!"
"Honey, if you haven't noticed, we're in the woods..."
"I DON'T CARE, LEAVE ME ALONE!" I shout, releasing all my anger.
Aunt Mal looks at me one last time before leaving me alone.
I sigh, picking up the journal.
Is it ok to talk to you or....
Ugh, you again.
Still angry i see, okay... Um so... Like... Ummm...
Just spit it out already!
Ok ok...So are you gonna give me a name? Or...
A name?
Yeah that thing which people use to identify themselves...
I know what it is! Fine, I'll name you... Tina.
Tina? Hmm...
You don't like it?
Tina it is! I'm so happy! I finally have a name! Oh this is the happiest day of...
Hey Tina?
Yeah?
I'm gonna go back to reading mom's journal, so be quiet ok?
Got it!
Opening the journal, I see she is back in Massachusetts...

"We're finally home!" I exclaimed happily, getting out of the car.
"Lower your voice, there are people sleeping." Josh whispered, also getting out and making his way over to my side. He leans on the car, staring at me curiously as I look at the night sky.
"Well, my mom clearly isn't." I said, pointing at my mom's shadow by the window, must have heard the car.
"Well, that's your problem, so I'm just gonna leave."
Who does he think he is!
Yeah!
Well don't tell me, go get him! He already on the other side of the car!
Shoot! I ran over to Josh, managing to grab his arm. I dragged, as much as a tiny girl can drag a 5'8 soccer player, to my front door.
"Um, what are you doing?" He inquired, looking down at since, as I have already said, is way taller than me.
"You are going to explain to my mom why I came home so late." I said, smiling inocently. I still have yet to let go of his arm.
"What makes you think I will do that?"
"You want answers? You gonna have to play by my rules."
"But..."
"Too late." I rang my doorbell, mom quickly opening the door.
"You have a key you know?" She reminded me, leaning against the door.
"To lazy. Mom this Josh, Josh this is mom. Now that we got that out the way, Josh here is gonna tell you why I'm late." I said, stepping to the side so mom could see him clearly.
Mom sent a glare to Josh, crossing her arms as she watched him like a hawk. Josh gulped nervously, running a hand through his hair. This is the first time I've seen him anywhere near being afraid.
You go mom!
Hey! She's my mom!
I'm your subconcience, aka still you, so she is also my mom.
I was about to retort when Josh suddenly throws his arm around me, bringing me towrds him as he smiles at my mom. Looking her in the eyes, he said the one response I never thought would come ot of his mouth.
"Well it's simple Miss Parks, we were on a date."
