You were about to perform, your group had debuted 2 years before Jihyo and twice, you also being under JYP. By chance you were both performing on the same stage competing against each other.

"Good luck (y/n) you'll do great don't worry" Jihyo cheered you on as you prepared to walk onto the large stage.
"You too bye" you looked around and saw no one was looking so you quickly stole a kiss and walked away leaving a smiling Jihyo behind.

The performance was going great before the fireworks began. The firework released a loud bang as it sprung colourfully from the stage heightening your senses. You grew up in a war prone area and got scared by loud noises. When the next round of fireworks sounded one of your members Hye Lee covered your ears as you quickly closed your eyes blocking out the scary noise.

You hurriedly went back to normal and began singing your part. No fireworks came as you performed your second song. I was all going well until you saw a black ball like object fly your way. You just remembered when you were little and someone through a similar object through your family window before the house became a wreckage.

Your first reaction was to duck and hold your hands over your ears to escape the awful noise. You suffered from anxiety and it became worse when there was a loud noise. You couldn't help it.

"Hey (y/n) its ok" you looked up to see one of your members hold out their hand helping you up. Some fans at the front of the crowd gave you concerned looks as you quickly finished your song before making your way off stage.

As soon as no cameras where around you ran to your dressing room closing the door and curling yourself in a ball on the sofa in the room. You'd made a show of yourself once again and there would be consequences.

The day after the incident you where sat in the practice room by yourself whilst the other 3 members stood outside the door listening to you getting heavily scolded by your manager.
"You've made a show of yourself once again (y/n) do you never learn" the manager shouted
"Why did you even become an idol if you can't stand loud noises" once again the loud booming voice made you jump. You were too scared to reply
"It's not like your anything to the group anyway you can be easily replaced"
"Are you even listening to me" you looked up with scared eyes when a hand made contact with your face causing a loud slap to echo through the room. The door opened and slammed closed with the manager leaving you alone.

You didn't blame your members for not interfering, the first time this happened and they interfered they got in just as much trouble.

Later that night you lay in bed crying your eyes out whilst Jihyo hugged you close rubbing your back trying to calm you down.
"This has happened before, you need to tell PD-nim about it" you could tell she was worried for you
"I can't, I will get in more trouble with manager nim" you spoke softly wiping your tear stained cheeks

The next morning you woke up with a faint hand mark and bruising on your cheek, trying your best to cover it up as much as you could. Jihyo had to go back to her dorm last night so you were on your own remembering how your manager had told you that you where worthless.

You had a schedule today, it was a weekly idol for your recent comeback. You made sure the bruising couldn't be seen or at least hid it as much as you could.

A week later the rumours began after weekly idol being released. There was a rumour of Jihyo hurting you. The public new about your relationship and it was mostly accepted but for them to blame Jihyo for something she didn't do.

"You need to go to PD-nim about this" Jihyo said in a hushed voice
"But I can't, I know you didn't do it and that's all that matters" you spoke up, your voice being louder than intended
"It does matter, the public is blaming me, calling me a monster for something I didn't do" her voice got gradually louder.
"O-okay I'm sorry" you spoke before hurrying off making your way to PD-nims office.

A video clip of you being physically and mentally abused was given to the press anonymously. The whole world knew you were being abused by your manager, he was immediately removed from the company and you were given some time off which didn't really help. At the end of the day all you needed was Jihyo by your side because you knew it was her who released the video and where happy she did.

"Thank you" you whispered as you curled into your usual position, snuggled next to her on the bed.
"For what" she knew but asked anyway.
"For releasing the video and sticking up for me telling PD-nim. I couldn't have done it without you. I love you" you looked up to her
"Your welcome and I love you too" she leaned in and you connected your lips. She was the only thing you needed by your side at the end of the day and everything would be right in the world.
