Tallys Pov
"Right everyone. Oscars wedding is tomorrow at 10:15, Obviously in the morning. I put your suits in your wardrobes, and Tally I put a few dresses out and you can pick one to wear." I couldn't quite believe that I was going to Oscars wedding, I mean I've talked to his Fiancée Ray many times. But Oscar only once. Once all of the boys had gone away, I walked over to Heather nervously fiddling with the hem of my school jumper. I don't know why I was so nervous just asking.
"Hey uhm Heather can I ask you something?"
"Yeh sure honey." She said moving and sitting on the arm of the couch which was just randomly there. "Uhm, I was wonderingifIcouldsortakindamaybepossiblygotoapartywithCarsontonight." I said all in one long chain not really fully knowing what I actually just said even though I was the one who actually spoke.
"Yes."
"What?" I say utterly shocked. How did she understand what I said let alone agree? "I said yes you can go to a party with Carson tonight. Just make sure that you're back by one because remember it's Oscar and Rays wedding." Standing back up she began walking out of the room when she stopped.
"Oh by the way, I think Ellis, Liam and Bailey are going tonight so they'll be there to stop you from getting raped you know? And you don't have to go into school tomorrow for obvious reasons." She said oh so casually like it meant nothing. She then proceeded to walk out of the kitchen. Well. My jaw had probably dropped to the floor by now, She thinks I might get raped? Well isn't that the most cheery subject in the world.
Pulling out my phone from my pocket, I call Kyra.
"Hey, Can you come around? I need help on what to wear. I'm going to Jason's party tonight. With Carson."
"Ohmygod. Really? I'll be 'round in 10, I'll be bringing Fae and El. We were planning on going tonight as well. I didn't ask you 'cause it's not really your scene is it?" She spoke rather truthfully. Normally I'd pass going to a party with drunk, idiotic people and raging hormonal boys who will do anything to get into your pants. "Ah no It's cool. Just get your butts over here before I have a mental breakdown."
"Okay, I'll be there soon. Meantime, pick out possible party outfits. Not jeans. Not jumpers." With that Kyra just hung up.
Rude.
Shoving my phone back into my pocket rather swiftly, I pick my bag up from the side where all of the boys left their bags to rot away. I grab a bowl and put some sliced raspberries and strawberries in. Then I grab four cups from the cupboard. Placing the cups out into a straight line I put a few of the strawberries and a few of the raspberries slices into each cup. I also add a sliced up cherry into each one. Opening the fridge door, I scan the levels pulling out a bottle of lemonade. Pouring an equal ish amount into each cup, I twist the lid back on to the lemonade bottle and slide it back into the fridge. Whenever they used to come around to my house, we would always make theses with various fruits.
Sometimes we'd also use cloudy lemonade or coke. I don't know why coke but we just did. And it tasted damn good. But one time we went into my parents alcohol cabinet. Which would've gone off without our help... We got a mix of all of the alcohols in there, mixed them together and then added coke, lemonade, and fruits into a glass. We may or may not've had 5 cups each cough drunk cough.
And the funny thing is once my mother found out all I had to say to get her off my back was 'You're never here so you couldn't have stopped me anyway.'
It was a good night.
After putting the dish in the dishwasher, I put my bag on more securely and put the four cups onto a tray. I grab four packets of crisps also and put them on the side of the tray. Picking up either side of the tray I start to make my way up the stairs careful not to spill any of the drink.
