So I decided to keep going with this story because I have gotten almost 500 reads! Thank u

Once you can do your bridge and back bend you can prepare for kickovers and walkovers. These will prepares your for back handsprings. Before doing walkover you need the kickover. Start by going into a back bend and take your dominant leg and push it in the air. Your other leg should kick yo after. You should be in a split handstand position. Make sure you have all your weight on your shoulders because if the weight is on your hands or legs or feet you'll go sideways or you will collpse. If you kick with your leg your legs will be bent so kick with your feet and have pointed toes and straight knees. If you cannot kick over yet a good drill is to do a kick over on a low surf race like a couch or bed. Push up into a bridge on top of the surface with your hands on the ground. Now push off from the surface and it should be a kickiver. Once you do that go to a lower surface until you get it on the ground. If you have a panel mat you can also kick off that. You can also get some to spot you when you kickover

Once you can do a kickover it's time for your back walkover. Start with your dominant leg in front of a little bit off the ground. Make sure your hands are up high and straight because if they aren't you will fall and hit your head. Go back and lift up your dominant leg as you go. When you get into a bridge your leg should be in the air and the other one should come up. Then end it like you would in a kickover. You can try on a trampoline or get someone to spot  you .
