Ella's pov

I smiled at the thought of finally talking to Shawn, as I got out my Macbook, and put my hair in a bun.

I placed my Macbook on my bed covered in white covers, and I was still smiling.

I tried to stop smiling but it only caused me to squeal, and it caused Olivia to walk into my room.

"You okay?" I smiled as I nodded, and she scrunched her eyebrows in confusion.

"Okay... well tell me about it later because I'm going out to go grocery shopping. Bye!" She said as I said goodbye back, and she left her and I's apartment in California.

I fixed my glasses as I heard my Macbook ring, and muffinlover1 popped up.

I laughed at the name, and accepted the call to see Shawn's smiling face, as I smiled back.

"Hey Ella!" Shawn said in a happy tone as I waved towards him.

"Hi Shawn. To be honest, I seriously couldn't stop smiling, just thinking that I would be talking to you. And then I tried to stop but I ended up squealing." I said as Shawn and I laughed and he sighed after.

"Damn your voice, and your laugh. It's heaven." Shawn said in a serious tone as I laughed again.

"You compliment me on everything Shawn. Am I an angel to you or something?" I said as I chuckled at the end, and Shawn nodded.

Shawn placed his head on top of his hand and said, "Yes. Yes you are."

I laughed and said in a joking tone, "Well to me you're a dork."

Shawn smiled cheekily and said, "Your dork though." I then heard Shawn whisper, "Hopefully."

I shook it off, as I didn't want to make things awkward so I said, "You flirt too much."

I laughed as Shawn said, "I usually don't. So feel special."

I then said in a sassy tone, "I already knew I was special, Mendes. Get yo facts right!"

Shawn laughed and said, "You are special."

I playfully rolled my eyes and said, "Cheesy Mendes."

Shawn winked after he said, "Only for you."
