I was laying in bed when I felt something bouncing on top of me I open my eyes to find my daughter
Ari: mommy I want to eat
Me: ok baby give me 10 minutes go watch tv
She run to the living room while I got ready for the day when I was done I want to the kitchen and made breakfast for everyone
My sister aka bff came downstairs with her daughter and sets her down in her highchair everyone was at the table eating and it was time for us to drop off ari to school and ni-ni off at day care
Went went straight to work we work at this very expensive restaurant call lamontéz the place pays really good especially the tips nothing but the best comes in there
We both make enough to put away for our kids college tuition thingwas looking up we had money set up for a rainy day and we have money to get the things that Our kids love
Between raising our kids and working and trying to start school ourselves it's hard because we don't know when it's a good time to start school with us working through the morning until our daughters gets out of school and daycare then we spend that quality time with them because we don't want to miss out on their life.
But the most hardest thing that I say about being a single parent is that when your daughter comes to you ask about her father what do you tell her do you tell her that you don't know who he is and that he hurt you or do you make up a lie cuz right now all I'm doing is changing the subject I need help what do I do because at this point I don't know what a father figure is like because I never had one I don't know how to be a mother because I never had that motherly figure neither but I'm trying my best what do I look for and a father to give my little girl what she always wanted and that's the one thing that money can't buy I'm all out of options so can someone tell me what to do
