My grandmother and I got back in the car and drove home. On the way she and I spoke about Natalia's party, bringing up Johnny Gold. My heart skipped a beat hearing that name.
"He's such a handsome guy. Its tragic, really that he's in a wheelchair. He ruined himself." I looked at her confused.
"He can still find love." I opposed. She gave me her 'really?' face and shook her head.
"You don't want someone like that. He's nice and all but you'd have to carry him around all the time." I sighed and looked out the window. My heart sank a little. Why would somebody say that? He can still find love.
"I guess, but one thing is for sure. If someone does all that for him. They do love him." I said.
"That's true." She shrugged and kept looking a head. All I could do was think of his face and smile.
