The god like man looked stunned which also gave me enough time to fix my scarf and fly past him, knowing I had no explanation to the questioning upon his face.
I heard the thumping of feet behind me but at this point, I had no time to worry about him so using my unnatural speed I'd managed to reach the kitchen in time to see the meal mother prepared being taken to our dining area.
Rushing forward as the place the dishes on the table I pushed through the doors quite loudly apparently if the number of eyes on me had anything to do with that.

As we turned to leave I again make eye contact with the guard but I brushed him off cause this was more important.
As we made it into the kitchen I shut the double doors behind my parents.
"I sensed a presence that wasn't welcome here" the look that crossed my father's face was sudden rage, "he was here and his involvement was with the king, I have already dealt with him handing out a warning"
father looked at me and mother just stood by silently like all the woman in our village should be. "this is why I don't condone such important guest father imagine what would've happened had I not intervened".
