Some graphic editors use their mobile phones in editing and they don't usually use brushes in their works especially in making a pastel-ish look graphic. That is because different kinds of brushes can only be use in photoshop.
But!!!
Finally! Here are some png brushes that I rendered! I want to help my co-editors in doing their graphics! So here is the mini tutorial on how to use them <3
TUTORIAL
First, open any of your editing app. In my case, I used picsart. After opening Picsart, I clicked the '+' button and then I went to draw by clicking the blue botton over there and started making my background.

I pressed create new '+' afterwards. Decide what size of your canvas would be. After that, you will see a black canvas in the draw section. Click the layer button, the one with number 1 in the picture down below.

Upon clicking the layer button on the left corner, click the layered boxes with a '+' in it, the number 2 in the picture and then you will see another different options.
