Through Thick and Thin (a Jack Gilinsky fan fiction)

Chapter 1

*ALLYS POV*

Today was the day i had been waiting for. I was so happy when i found out that Jack had felt the same way about me. I looked at the time and it was 4:00 which meant i had about three hours to get ready. I wasn't like most girls and only took about a half an hour to get ready. I was really tired so i decided to take a nap before Jack came to get me. At 6:00 i woke up and hoped in the shower and shaved since i knew i would be wearing shorts. After i hopped out i threw on a pair of Aztec high wasted shorts with a bright pink button down ,a gold necklace and Sperry's to top off the outfit. I left my hair down and natural and didn't bother to put any make up on. I was really comfortable around jack so i didn't feel the need to doll up just to be around him. By the time i was done getting ready it was 6:45 so now i just had to wait for jack to come get me. As soon as i went downstairs to turn on the TV i heard a knock on the door. I ran to the door excited for this date to start. When i opened the door my jaw dropped at the figure i saw. Jack looked amazing, he was wearing coral shorts with a simple denim button down and Sperry's. 

"You look amazing Jack" I said embarrassed when i noticed my mouth open staring at him.

"Thanks, but look at yourself you look beautiful Ally."

I could feel my cheeks start to blush, I smiled and looked at the floor. After looking at the floor for a few seconds I felt jack but his hand on my chin and lift my head up. Our eyes met and he smiled as he leaned in to kiss me for the first time. I could feel sparks fly as our lips met. The kiss went on for a few seconds until i heard my mom and dad walk into the living room and told us love birds to get a room. As i pulled away i smiled and met eye contact with him again. 

"Wow" I said smiling

"Sorry, i couldn't help it i had been waiting to do that forever" he said not breaking eye contact smiling.

"Not a problem with me, you can do that anytime" i said jokingly and winked at him.

After that he grabbed my hand and took me to his car. He wouldn't tell me where we were going, he just kept saying that it was a surprise. On our way to wherever we were going we blared the stereo and we got carried away singing. Jack had a beautiful voice but me on the other hand not so much. That didn't keep me from singing though. That's what i loved, when i was around Jack i wasn't afraid to be myself. It made me like him a million times more.

"Were here" he said snapping me away from my thoughts.

I looked out the window and saw a blanket on the beach with a food basket in the middle i smiled in excitement and hoped out of the car. 

'Thanks Jack you really didn't have to do this"

"It's worth it babe, i want our first date to be special' when he called me babe i could feel butterflies in my stomach.

As we sat down we pulled my favorite foods out of the basket and scarfed down all of the food. After we were done eating he pulled out our swimsuits that he had packed for us without me knowing. As i was walking into the water i felt Jacks hands on my hip as he turned me around.

'Ally i really wanna ask you something i have been waiting to ask you forever. I have known you my whole life and your my best friend.  Every time i look at you i swear you get more and more beautiful. I cant go another moment without you being mine, so will you, Ally Joe Hastings, be my girlfriend?' i smiled and nodded as he was leaning in to kiss me.

After we swam around for a while and kissed a bunch more i looked at my phone and saw that it was 11:00. Time flew by when I was with Jack.

"Jack i need to get home before my parents get worried we should head home." he gave me a puppy dog face in disappointment that the date was over and then drove me home.

When we got home he walked me up to the door and kissed me goodnight. when i walked in my parents asked how the date went and i told them everything we did. they didn't have a problem with the whole kissing thing since i am in high school and they loved jack. after talking to my parents for a while i went upstairs and changed into sweats and checked my phone before i went to bed. 

I had a text from jack telling me how much fun he had today and telling me goodnight i replied plugged my phone in and fell asleep with a smile still on my face.
