Chapter 1: Discovering

"No! This isn't me! I miss Oswald already... I don't want to be anyone other than Hannah! She is me!" I paced back and forth in the bathrooms as I tried to figure out what was going on. I stopped pacing around and sat down with my head in my hands. "What do I do..."

I started crying until I heard the door open. I rushed behind a bathroom stall and saw a boy? A boy walked into the bathroom and splashed some water on his face.

"You're better than this... You own them! You own everything here, you got that Chase? You can make there life a living hell if you wanted to!"

I was scared and huddled back further. I accidentally kicked a bucket which made the boy suspicious. I clutched my sleeves and a single tear drop travelled down my red cheeks. The boy found my hiding spot.

"What're you doing here!"

"I needed to pee..."

"You chose the wrong time to use the bathroom!" He pulled out a gun. "Listen here, missy. If you tell anyone I was here, you're dead! You hear me?"

I nodded with my sleeves still being clutched as hard as they can.

"Leave!"

I ran away as fast as I could. I found my class and quickly sat down on my seat.

"Amber you're red. Are you okay?" The teacher asked.

I replayed the moment in my head and remembered that I would die if I told anyone.

"No miss... I'm fine."

"Okay. You can talk to me after class if you want."

I nodded and looked out the window. This is my new life now.
