I woke up to some noise. “-pretty, I heard someone say.” Wonder if Shane sneaked in again. I sighed mentally. Then I remembered that I had left. Suddenly alert, I was wide awake.
I looked to see three guys, who I assume are my roommates, standing at the door. One's an Asian dude with longish black hair halfway to his neck and those dark brown eye most Asians have. The other one has a spiked blond hair and blues eye. The last one, who I can t help think looks kind of familiar, has dark brown hair and striking green eyes. Actually they all look familiar.
I stared at them as they stared back at me. Okay, this is getting awkward. I took a deep breath. “Nice to meet you. Name's Blake. I ll be your new roommate from now on,” I said giving them a smile. They nodded and after a while, smiled back. Then they started introducing themselves.
“I'm Alex,” said the Asian.
“Dylan, nice to meet cha.” said the blonde with a goofy smile.
“Xander,” the last one said with a nod. Where have I heard that name before? Then it hit me.
“Your Xander Princeton.” I said slowly, as all the lessons I had came back to me. He's from one of the riches families. What's he doing here? “I'm here, because my parents think it will keep me out of trouble.” he said reading my thoughts.
“Oh.” I replied lamely. “So what are you guys here for,” I asked turning to Alex and Dylan.
“Vandalism,” Dylan laughed.
“Stealing.” Alex answered. “You?”
I shrugged. “I just sent a few people to the hospital.” Technically, though I came here on my own record, I did send a few people to the hospital before so I m not lying.
“Really? You don't look that strong.” Dylan smirked. I punched him in the shoulder and he yelped.
I smirked. “Care to repeat that.” He shook his head as he nursed his wound. “So anyhow, which one's my room?” I asked
Dylan grinned, his pain forgotten. “The one on the right. You ll be sharing it with Xander.”
I gave him a quizzical look. “What's so funny about that?”
He shook his head refusing to say anything, a mischievious smile lingering on his face. “Alex?”
He laughed. “You might just be mobbed by some of the *cough* sluts *cough* he invites.” Dylan glared as I smiled in triumph. “So I'll just be gone when his 'guests ' are over. “
Then I heard a sigh. “You guys do know I m still here right?” We all turned around to see Xander, his arms crossed and burst out laughing.
“Well, I m going to unpack.” With that I headed to the room.
As the door closed shut I made sure to lock it. I smiled, I never really considered having a roommate. I guess they re all pretty cute. Though if I had to say, Xander stood out the most. I also recognized, though barely, that Alex was Alexander Li, from the Li Corp and Dylan is Dylan Reed also from quite a rich family. I guess this is an all boys school for troubled rich boys.
It's funny how, trying to get away from the rich society, I plant myself right back in, I thought as I laughed at the irony. Turning on my laptop I put up several firewall, passwords, and protections. Better safe then sorry.
I then got out my girl stuff and put them in a box, accessorized with many layers of locks, and hid it under my bed, where as I also used my suitcase to block it from view.
Knock! Knock!
I jumped, startled. “We're having lunch. You coming?” I heard Dylan call.
“Sure, be there in a sec,” I hollered back. Double checking everything, I left the room closing the door lightly behind me.
