The Sad Days

I opened my eyes, and look around.  I was in a hospital bed with wires all over me.  I heard the steady beep of my heartbeat.  I thought I didn't have a heartbeat...  maybe I did before midnight.  I saw my mom and Harry, the nurses rushed in.  They looked shocked and asked me if anything hurt, no I didn't but I had this strange feeling to go to Haunter as soon as I could.  I asked the nurses if I could go home, but they wouldn't let me.  Well, until my mom let me go home three hours.  Harry was acting strange... and when it was time for me to go he told me he was sorry and left.  Something was up, I was feeling a lot better, thanks to the healing power of being a vampire.  So as soon as mom went to bed I went to see Haunter.  

I walked in the house and walked upstairs and Haunter was reading some kind of spell book.  My, my I was expecting you my dear.  We have some things to discuss.  Like what I asked?  Well, the fact that you are going to be a full vampire!  

I woke up hours later in a coffin inside Haunters house, I looked at my phone, two o'clock, the middle of the night.  I stepped out an Haunter was standing next to the coffin looking at me.  My dear, your friend Harry kept you alive.  He made a deal with me, you would live as long as you were transformed into a full vampire, a strong vampire.  I felt heartbroken then, I screamed.  How could he do this to me, he knew I hate being a vampire!  Ugh!  Well, on the bright side my dear, you will always run fast and stuff, you can't go outside during the day unless you have consumed human blood within the last two weeks.  So I put human blood in your system after I turned you.  I ran out of that house as soon as I could, I ran home and packed all my things.  I told mom, I needed to leave our town and go somewhere to start over.  She agreed and I helped her pack, within to hours our apartment was for sale.  

We were on a train across the country from Washington to Maine.  We would ride the first train from Washington to Wyoming.  Then we would go on a short plane ride from Wyoming to Kansas.  Then from Kansas to Kentucky.  Then we would stay there in a hotel for a week to break and then get a train for the rest of the way. Tonight was the first night of being a full vampire and my urges to kill everyone were overwhelming.  I told my mom I was going to lay down for awhile but actually I just jumped off the back of the train, I could catch up easily, I ran into the woods and killed a huge deer, I was beyond thirst.  This should last be a week, since I am a regular vampire now.  Every night I did this, and before long I turned fourteen.  That was the day before we left Kentucky.  School would be starting in a little over a month, we ended up staying n Kentucky a month instead of a week.  we needed the money.  By the time we got to Maine we had two weeks before school started.

It took a week to get our house set up, it was the perfect size, we have been keeping a big secret, since Kentucky. We had won two hundred and fifty thousand dollars on the lottery!  Mom was able to get new legs, and we were able to pay off our new house right away!  but, sadly after that we were left with five thousand dollars left.  Anyway, that gave us enough money to live of off until mom found a job.
