The victim with have unexplainable pain until the user stops the jutsu, or the victim kills themselves out of insanity) it looks like a completely black eye, with three white specks that are different sizes. Only two people have ever had it. It was created by Kokoa Hatake. You mix your chakra with a curse mark and send it to the back of your eyes. You will see their pain, and hear their thoughts.
