"Lydia!" Logan shouted from the other end of the house. Lydia had just moved in with her friends Evan, Brendan, and Logan. There were 3 pets in the house Arya, Kong, and Maverick. Arya is a baby pit bull and kong is a Pomeranian. Maverick was a parrot and was quiet. Lydia was the only girl in the house and one of them to have a license. Evan and Brendan had one but they refuse to drive, after Evans tire went flat and Brendan got in an accident. Lydia was only 21 while everyone else was 23. She didn't mind the difference. She surprisingly liked living with them. They did have a schedule at the house:
7:00-Wake up and get ready
7:30- breakfast cooked by Lydia
8:30- start vlogging or spare time
9:00- errand runs (Lydia)
9:00- gym (boys)
10:00- boys home from gym
11:05- lydia usually back from errands so play time with kong and Arya
12:00- lunch
1:00- start editing vlog or spare time
1:30- gym (Lydia)
2:30- lydia back from gym so shower then movie time
3:45- business stuff
4:00-hang out with friends
5:00- dinner together
6:00-edit or spare time
7:00- clean house from that day
8:00- get ready for bed
10:00- lights out
It was 8am and Lydia sat on her bed, watching YouTube. Quiet day. Kong ran into her room and started howling. Something had to happen, but what? She put on some ripped jeans and a sweater and walked outside where Logan and Evan were kneeling down on the ground and bowing over a pile of dirt.
"Ok you guys are dumb." Lydia said, crossing her arms.
"Arya had died, Lydia." Logan said, trying not to cry.
Before Lydia could ask another question, her phone rang. She went to her room and answered.
"Hello? Lydia here."
" hey Lydia it's manger Jeff."
"Oh hey Jeff."
"What's wrong, girl?"
"Arya, Evans dog passed away."
"How's are the boys doing about that." He asked as Evan ran into the house, crying, and slammed his door.
"Not good. Evan had just slammed his door, crying."
"Is Logan going to the gym today?"
"I think so." Lydia said, scanning her finger down the laminated paper with the schedule hanging at her door.
"Yes sir he is."
" ok. I'll meet hi, there. Bye Lydia."
"Bye Jeff."
Click. Lydia plopped onto her bed and stared at her ceiling. She always had feelings for Logan. But she hid them. She hid them because he was her best friend. And he didn't know.
