     "No, no, no, no! Why does this always happen to me?" Asked McKayla." I keep getting bad grades and my mom's going to kill me!" She ran out of science and just slammed the door behind her. McKayla was a pretty stubborn girl. Blonde hair, and brown eyes. She was really shy, but stood up for herself. "Hey, what's wrong? You never act like this unless something really bothers you." Said Kathy. She was sweet but a tough cookie. She was in karate and was really strong. She had blonde hair with green eyes. "Look I need to be by myself. I keep getting bad grades and not only that, but I failed the drawing competition that is really important to me. You know how important that was to me! Ugh I can never do anything right! I hate myself!" Yelled McKayla. " Look,"Kathy said. "You aren't a failure. I believe in you. Dude you'll be fine. I promise." Laughed Kathy. " Okay I trust you. Thanks Kathy." Said McKayla. As they both left for their next classes, they both noticed that they were late for class and that the hallways were empty. McKayla ran and while running, a boy came up to her and asked," Where do you think you are going?" He had blonde short hair, and blue bright eyes. His name was Jackson. McKayla kind of liked him. He leaned in front of her face and said," Meet me after school." McKayla felt her face turning red. She texted her mom and told her she'd be late for the bus and if she could pick her up. Her mom responded with a yes and McKayla couldn't wait to hear what he was planning on telling her.
     As she ran to math class, she pulled out her due homework and noticed she had not done it. She bust into the room and her teacher Ms. Greet was upset. She was this grumpy old lady that McKayla didn't like at all. Ms. Greet stared at McKayla and then yelled, "Why are you late? You have a math test today and I don't care if your grade is low. It isn't my responsibility!" She felt like a knot was forming in her throat. Her eyes got watery but she didn't cry. As she sat on her desk, Ms. Greet came to her desk and said," Homework!" McKayla just stared and gulped." Principle's office now!"yelled Ms. Greet.
      McKayla ran out of the room bawling. Instead of going to the office, she ran into the girls bathroom. She saw Kathy bleeding from her nose." Omg! Kathy are you okay? Let me help you!" McKayla started grabbing paper towels, and ran to Kathy. She started helping Kathy hold her head back to stop the bleeding. After it had slowed down, McKayla asked," What happened? How did this happen?" " I don't know." Said Kathy." I was in class and suddenly,  my nose burst. There was b-blood e-everywhere! Shouldn't you be going back to class?" " I'm not going. Ms. Greet sent me out to the principle's office because I forgot my homework. Which I think is stupid!" Said McKayla. " You should be going back to class though." Said Kathy."Tell Ms. Greet that the p-principle tol-" McKayla looked at Kathy as she collapsed to the floor with a loud THUD. "Omg Kathy wake up please! Oh no, no, no. AHHHHH! Someone, please, help!" Yelled McKayla, as she ran out of the restroom to the nearest classroom crying and screaming for someone to help. When she burst into the door, of the classroom, Mr. plow was shocked and asked,"What happened?" "Please Mr. plow, Kathy collapsed and I think she passed out! Please help!" Yelled McKayla. Mr. Plow ran out of the room and ran into the girls room finding blood all over the floor and Kathy lying on the ground, not moving at all. McKayla stood at the door way of the classroom just looking at the students who were in the classroom, in their seats shocked for what had happened, and they were staring at McKayla. Her crush was in the third row of desks staring at her, blank faced. McKayla just ran back to the girls room. Mr plow called the cops, and all teachers were looking in the girls room trying to wake Kathy up.
The ambulance came and a they grabbed Kathy and put her on a bed into the truck. Police came after a few minutes, when teachers were discussing what to do, and told everyone that Kathy was okay, and how she passed out, because she had lost too much blood from a bloody nose. McKayla felt sick to her stomach and she ended up going home.
Once she was at home, her mom made her chicken soup and said,"McKayla, are you okay? You have a fever." "Yes mom I feel fine I just was so shocked how she just fell and blood was everywhere. I felt confused, scared, and sad. Can I sleep, please?" Asked McKayla. "Of course sweetie. Get better." Then she walked off. While on her computer, McKayla felt sad how she couldn't meet her crush behind the school. She then saw a text from her Jackson. She opened it and it said,"Hey, sense you couldn't meet me behind the school, is it okay if you meet me at the park tonight at eight?" McKayla responded with,"um.... okay." Her bed time was at eight, so she had to sneak out, and make sure her mom didn't see her.
That night she put on some jeans and shirt. She did her hair into a simple ponytail and grabbed her sweater as she ran out the door. She was walking on the road, and she found the park where he wanted to meet. She passed the play ground and couldn't see him anywhere. She started walking through this field with tall grass in the dark. The only thing you could see was the moon. There was no one at the park. She kept walking, until a figure came out of no where and knocked her down onto the ground. Before she could scream, she saw Jackson's face and his lips touch hers. "Omg!" Thought McKayla. "He kissed me!" She just stared with wide eyes. She saw Jackson with his eyes closed. She thought this was a dream. She felt her self blushing. He was holding her down by her arms and she just closed her eyes and smiled.
He suddenly got up and said,"Hey I am really sorry. So um... do you like me back?" Asked Jackson. "Wow I am s-speechless." Said McKayla. "Yeah, I really like you Jackson." She started blushing and couldn't hold herself from smiling. He leaned in and started kissing her again. She hugged him and he was hugging her.   "I'll see you tomorrow." Said Jackson.
