Embracing your best self? Do you have trouble and struggles with being your authentic, real and honest self around others? Do you find yourself being at war with which side to choose: authenticity or fake/opposite? Do you find yourself wondering if you have any reason to have hope that you could live a life worth living and a life that is your own dreams but in our real reality?

Do you wonder what your life would actually be like in reality if you had all the education, knowledge, intelligence and logic to form that idea of life into your own life? Have you answered "yes" to any of these questions? If so, you are at the right place and time to start making the necessary changes to you and your life now.

Getting caught up with society's demands, expectations and standards is nothing simple or easy to break the strong bound with. Though it is definitely not impossible to accomplish in life with our current reality, century and generation. If you wanna do this, whenever you feel hopeless towards things ever going right and closer to your goal or result, remind yourself of how badly you want it and why you chose to work on receiving/gaining the results you are working towards!

This is a method I used in the beginning of the one method that actually worked and helped me gain more control over my bad habit of picking my nails. I had a plan to moisturize daily, wear coloured nail polish and work hard at my current job at the time (warehouse: Fraser Direct). At first I looked at my nails that were super short and looked terrible with coloured nail polish on them. And I thought why should I do this, my nails look terrible with coloured nail polish when they look like this. And I reminded myself of how badly I wanted the results I was seeking and also imagining how beautiful my nails would actually look if I continued to wear coloured nail polish, work hard at my job and moisturize daily.

And then within maybe under a month later, my nails were looking healthier, beautiful and another thing I noticed then was that I didn't feel that "urge" to pick my beautiful nails. For the first time in years, my nails actually looked healthy and I made that happen on my own. With my own creative mind, I made the results I was seeking for years, finally become my reality. Suddenly, it gave me more ideas and knowledge on that method that has also helped me with my mental health recovery.

With the example that I have just explained, once you find yourself wanting the kind fo results that you want badly enough and imagining your life and yourself after reaching your goal or results, you can do anything you set your mind to.
