I would have never imagined my life would end up like this.

It's surprising to know how many things can change in the blink of an eye. And all of these things bring me here.

My life started in London. It was exciting, adventurous, I was never bored. I and my brother were always by each other's side, resolving cases or just staying and playing the violin all night.

Then I flew back in the United States, my other home when I was a child. I met again with my old childhood friends, Sam and Dean Winchester. And from that point, my life from a consulting detective transformed into a more dangerous one, where every day could be my last. The life of a hunter. I have been through so much together, that now if I look back, I'm surprised that every time I pulled through and never gave up.

New people came up in my life, stayed for a moment and then left. Some remained and helped, becoming part of my team, my pack. Also, lots and lots of people came up and brought my pack down. But we stuck together, helped each other and overcame all the obstacles.

A lot of adventures and meaningful moments happened and even if some of them left permanent scars, I do not regret any decision or any moment for those are what shaped us into the persons we are today.

A voice echoes in the room, pulling me out of my mind palace. I look around, a little confused.

The opened door gives the room light, allowing me to see better. I'm in a cold room, like a cell, but not quite. Given the temperature, the outline of the walls, I am underground. I look at my arms and I see that they are cuffed. The cuffs are thick, old, engraved in an ancient language that is similar to Enochian. My legs are cuffed with the same kind of cuffs. A chain connects them, this is engraved in the same language as well. Now, if I look better, those chains are connected to the wall behind me, most probably to keep me down.

I look up at the man in front of me.

Oh, now I remember. I remember everything now.

" Are you ready to cooperate now, pretty? ", says the man in a deep voice.

He was very tall and massive. I look dead in his eyes, my own eyes glowing blue a little. With an intimidating growl, I answer, " Only when all of you are dead and in pieces. "

The man laughs in my face and bends down to my level.

" You are in no position to talk ", he says.

I maintain my stare, but then he injects me with some kind of liquid. I couldn't take a good look because in the next moment I can feel myself slipping out. I can still hear him walking out of the room, and the squeaky door being closed with a loud thud.

And then I couldn't feel, hear or smell anything. I guess that the liquid blocked them.

In hopes that I could search my mind for any hints of what the liquid could be, I start feeling dizzy. Little by little, I'm losing consciousness.

Definitely not what I expected.
