I crouched to the young child's level,my red eyes met with her icy blue ones the pounding rain soaked her long black hair she laid her head against the small alley way wall she called home ~This child has such potential to become unstoppable she's alone,damaged yet not afraid~ I thought to myself I spoke to the child 'Would you like to come with me?, I'll feed you, cloth-you, and train you' I spoke. Her icy blue eyes lit up with excitement and shook her head yes furiously 'What's your name' I spoke  her reply was simple yet upsetting I don't have one she spoke softly.
'What would you like to be called' I asked her. She lifted her head letting the rain drops softly hit her cheeks and then allowed them to slowly slid down her face eventually hitting the rough ground. 'Rainy' she smiled and looked me dead in the eye
I examined her eyes carefully and if you payed attention she had one icy eye and one snowy eye I smiled softly and got up carefully and stuck my hand out for her to grab it 'Rainy it is' I spoke she carefully grabbed my hand and lifted herself to full height, she's built much like I am she had long legs a strong jaw & hard eyes. When she smiled though it was just beautiful 'ah,yes I'm making a wonderful decision' I thought.I smiled softly looking down at the child and lead her to her new home...

Four Years Earlier 

My head hung limp, as the collar rung tighter and tighter as my sisters high pitched laughter rang through my ears, a rough hand snatched my face up by the chin. My eyes were blurred from the lack of oxygen but I knew exactly who it was the unforgiving smile and the cruel eyes only belonged to one man the Joker, a soft smile graced my lips 'so Harley's little boy toy is doing the dirty work today' I spoke rudely he brought his hand back quickly and smacked me hard on the cheek my head flung to the left but the only thing that escaped my lips was chuckle as I softly began to sing 'I will have to die for this I fear,There's rage and terror and there's sickness here' Oh shut up my sister spoke harsh and rung the chain tighter that slowly tore at my limbs I cringed at the pain but I continued 'I fight because I have to, I fight for me to know the truth' I spat at them 'There's not enough rope to tie me down' I sang the lullaby as I struggled at the chains 'There's not enough tape to shut this mouth' I growled at my sister 'The stones you throw can make me bleed, but I won't stop until I'm free' I looked at my crazed sister softly 'Wild hearts can't be broken' I spoke softly to her 'and you'll never tame me' Oh please my sister laughed you will never escape this place Joker spoke harshly as he grabbed me by the chin and looked me in my blazing red eyes Mutant he spat at me I began to sing my rough lullaby once again 'This is my rally cry' I sang quietly dead to the world with my head hanging 'I know it's hard...'  as soft hand lifted my face the unknown person sang 'we have to try, this is a battle I must win'he continued as he unclasped my arms from the chains, as he unclasped all the chains, my pale body began to sprout black hair, my small body became smaller, my palms turned into small paws, I flung my snout to the sky and gave out a excited howl. Oh hello wonder boy Joker spat at the man that helped me. The man reached behind him and pulled out a stick like weapon. My hair began to stand up as I lowered my head, and growled I stoked towards Joker as he started to back up slowly until his back hit the wall I jolted into a sprint my paws began to cackle as white lightning formed I jumped onto the wall grabbing him by the throat and slammed his body on the hard ground he struggled in my jaws which I squeezed tighter Let me go you filthy mutt Joker screamed the man walked up beside me, Joker looked at him 'Night-wing please' he gasped for air as I squeezed tighter, Night-wing chuckled how tempting it is just to let her kill you, this city would finally be free he spoke through his teeth, he sighed and pitched the bridge of his but I can't he spoke hazily let him go he spoke. I whined in response and tightened my grip on the Jokers neck, let him go his voice grew gruff. I caught Harley in the corner of my eye slowly creeping up with a bat I let go of Joker slowly as Night-wing bent down to see if he was alright Harley went into a sprint in quick thought I used Night-wings back as a boost and flung myself towards her as I collided with her body I felt a sharp pain jolt through my body as blood oozed out of my stomach I whined but clamp-ted my teeth around her throat and squeezed tight enough to knock her out from lack of oxygen I landed on my feet with a thudded I limped my way back to him with his faced filled with shock swaying side to side from my blurred vision as a tear escaped my eye and slid down my furry face I collapsed beside him as my eyes began to shut all I could hear was a muffled voice of panic almost like water was in my ears and I felt someone pick up my small body at that my eyes closed....
