Aaliyah's POV

"I opened the door and went in. My roommate was sitting on her bed. "Hi, I'm Aaliyah your roommate" I greeted her. "Hi, I'm Layla" she said. The room was really nice there were 2 twin-sized beds on each side. "I guess I'll take this bed" I said and put on my stuff down on the floor and bed. "Do you need help putting your stuff up?" Layla asked. "Sure" I told her. We started by putting my clothes in my closet and setting up my desk with my laptop and other things. "So when did you get here?" I asked. "Um, I think around 10 this morning" "oh cool" she then helped me make my bed and get everything else finished.

Amber's POV

"I went inside and sat my stuff down. Over there sitting at a desk was a girl reading a book, "um, hi I'm Amber" I said. She didn't seem to hear me so I said it a little louder. "Oh um, hi I didn't see you there my name is Savannah Barnes, I'm 17, I'm from Miami Florida, my dogs name is- "ok, ok I don't care" I told her. "Oh sorry" she said straightening her glasses on her face "do you need help unpacking?" She asked me. "No I'm fine" I was a little disappointed that I had a nerd as my roommate, I wonder who Aaliyah has. I started unpacking my suitcases and putting up my stuff. "Are you sure you don't need any help?" Savannah asked. "Yes I'm sure" "ok I'll just go back to reading my book" I rolled my eyes and sighed. I soon got done unpacking a hour later so I decided to go see how Aaliyah was doing. "I'm going to see someone" I told Savannah and left out the room before she could say ok. I forgot what room number her dorm was so I texted her"

Amber- hey what dorm number are you

Aaliyah- 589, why?

Amber- I don't like my roommate, she's too nerdy so I'm coming to your dorm for a few

Aaliyah- damn lol, my roommate is cool

Amber- wanna trade?

Aaliyah- hell nah

Amber- well I'm almost there

Aaliyah- ok

"I got to her dorm and knocked on her door. She opened the door and I went in. "Hey Amber" she said as I walked in "Hey" "Layla this is my best friend Amber, and Amber this is my roommate Layla. "Hello" I said. "Hi" Layla said getting up off her bed. "I needed to get tf away from my roommate" Amber told us, "why" Layla laughed. "She too fuckin nerdy and I don't like it" "oh" Layla said. "Do any of y'all know when classes start?" I asked. "We gotta get our schedules tomorrow at 10am" Layla said. "Oh, well I gotta go then bc it's already 12 in the morning and I gotta go to sleep to get up early" Amber said. "Ok, bye" I said giving her a hug. "Bye Amber, nice meeting you" Layla said. "Bye" I told them and left out the room"
"I think I should go to sleep too" I told Layla. "Yea me too, it's like 12:10am" "i'm gonna go take a shower first though" "I already had one when I got here so I don't gotta get one, but goodnight see you in the morning" "ok, goodnight" I said, then I went into the bathroom."
"I turned on the water in the shower and got in, the water pressure felt good on my neck. I shampooed and conditioned my hair and washed my body, then I got out."
"I put on some comfortable pj's and pulled my hair into a high ponytail, then I brushed my teeth and washed my face"
"I walked out the bathroom and Layla was already asleep, I got in my comfy bed and went to sleep"

9:32am

"I woke up and Layla was already up getting ready, "good morning" I said sitting up and yawning. "Good morning" she said. I got up and went to the bathroom and used it. "Where do we have to go to get our schedules" I said walking out the bathroom a few minutes later. "I think we have to all meet in a big room downstairs, I'm not sure" "oh" I said, "im going to get ready" "ok" she said."
"I put on a cute pink crop top and high-waisted black leggings. I then brushed my teeth and put on some makeup. "Im going to text Amber" I told Layla. "Ok" she said applying her pink lip gloss."

Amber: adidas crop top and adidas leggings lol hbu

Aaliyah- just a regular pink crop top and black leggings

Amber- cool

Aaliyah- meet me outside your dorm in a few so we can walk downstairs to get our schedule

Amber: where we gotta go to

Aaliyah: idk somewhere downstairs

Amber- holy shit! I forgot about Jayden!!

Aaliyah- oh wow lmao

Amber- he didn't text me or anything, imma text him

Aaliyah- meet me outside

Amber- ok

"Layla I'm going with Amber to go get our schedules now" "ok, you know where to go?"
"Nope, but we can ask someone" "ok"
"I walked outside the dorm and walked down to Amber's dorm, she was already outside of it. I ran down the hallway to Amber "damn girl, you looking fine" I told her "you too" she said, "now where tf we supposed to go" "idk, lets ask someone" "wait, lets go to Jayden's dorm maybe he knows" she said. "what dorm is he" "211, he's on the 2nd floor"
"We walked downstairs to the 2nd floor and walked down the hallway to dorm 211. "Found it!" Amber said and knocked on the door. Jayden opened the door "BABE!" Amber screamed and jumped and wrapped her legs around him and started kissing him. "Hey babe, I missed you so much" he said breaking the kiss. "Where do we gotta go to get the schedules?" Amber asked. "Idk baby, probably the meeting room" "where's that at?" "Room 190 I think, I'm not sure" "ok, are you gonna walk with Aaliyah and me" she asked. "Sure, lemme get my shoes, brb" "Aaliyah, why you so quiet" she asked me. I rolled my eyes "Idk bc I don't have a bf to talk to like you do" "watch, by the end of this month you'll have one, you're pretty" "no I'm not" I said."
"Ok I got my shoes, lets go wherever the fuckin place is lmao" we laughed. We went downstairs and looked for the room, there was a crowd of people in the hallways going from place to place. We finally found the meeting room which was room 191 not 190. We went in and there was a very long line, "great, we will be here for a hour or 2" I said. "Exactly" said Jayden. "Ugh why does the line gotta be so fucking long" Amber complained."
"After 30 minutes of waiting in line we finally got there and got our schedules we all had biology together and history. "Yay!" We all said, we couldn't believe we got 2 classes together!"
"After that i headed back to my dorm and Amber went with Jayden to his dorm, I wonder what they did there lmao"
