As I lay down on the bed, I could hear my children's and grandchildren's voices around me. They sounded quite anxious, but their voices seem faraway. Seems my Ninety-five-year-old brain was shutting down.
As I drifted into that calming oblivion again, I knew it was for real this time. How was it going to be like? Would it be just like I'm dreaming or probably something worse?

Suddenly, I couldn't hear the voices around me anymore. It felt quite...windy. I opened my eyes and looked around me, surprised. Obviously I was not on my bed anymore. I was standing at a place that looked more like a desert to me. All around me were stretches of sand. There were also sand dunes here and there, and the wind blowing was so fierce that after a while I could not see anything again. As I tried moving forward, covering my eyes to prevent the assault of Sandy wind, I tripped over something and fell.

It actually seemed like I blacked out, because when I came to, the sound of the wind was gone. Instead, it seemed like an argument was going on in front of me. My eyes were still closed, but I could hear the voices of two people in front of me, seriously arguing.
"You guys have limited her enjoyment of life for a long time, why are you here to choke her with your 'holiness' again?"
"I'm not choking her with anything," the other guy said. His voice was barely more than a whisper. "I'm here to take her to her Heavenly home; she deserves it."
The first guy laughed so hard I was tempted to open my eyes and see what's funny.
"Heavenly home you said? Where she will do nothing but pray and chant all eternity? She needs to have fun with me dude! Partying and having to do whatever debauchery you wish to all eternity, who would ignore that?"
Hmm, I thought to myself; partying all eternity isn't that bad. I could count the number of parties I had attended in my whole life on my fingers. I might not have been a saint in life, but I was quite religious.
The good guy sighed. "I know the reason why you are saying all these, demon. it's because you know she can hear you and you want her to say yes to you. I hope she's more reasonable than that."
I froze for a few seconds. I've been caught eavesdropping. I decided to just open my eyes then and face the music.
My gaze drifted to my left, and standing there was the most handsome man I've ever seen. Just the kind of 'bad guy' ladies would want to rush after. But he reeked of danger, so I quickly averted my gaze to the right.
The good guy smiled at me, and immediately I felt peace. I held my hand towards him, and as he took it, I breathed,
"Yes."
