"Yes, we're here to pick up our son." Daniel says, "Did you have a good day, sweetie?" Daniel mimicked a mother picking up her son after kindergarten.

"Daniel, shut up. We're actually here to pick up our daughter. Isn't that right, Zachayla?" Jake joked.

"Zachayla?" I asked as Jack nods, "Yes, Zachayla. What are you doing beside the girl who made you cry every night in bed. Sometimes, even wet dreams?" Jack asked.

My eyes widen, "Uh, what?"

"You really believe, Jack?" Zach looks at me as I shrug, "Maybe."

"He actually did cry a lot because of you." Corbyn shrugged, "And, he also cried because he left you. And, he couldn't find you."

"I'm not lost." I smiled as I roll my eyes, "I'd rather be on my own than someone who would break my heart and realize that he actually needs me once I am gone."

"I'm not a mannequin that will just stay inside a shop you own and stay there with different clothes every day." I state as I face Zach who nods, "I...I know. I'm... sorry."

"Oh, lucky me. I got invited to the party." A voice states from behind the boys as I see Aspen's small figure, her brown hair went down until her waist as she smiled and waved, "Hey guys!"

"Oh, hey Asp— Wait, Aspen's here, too?!" Jack exclaimed as I nod, "Uh, yes. She's here. I mean, you see her, don't you?"

"Anyways, this doofus and I are about to go somewhere where you guys aren't." Zach says as he grabs ahold of my wrist and he drags me through the halls, "Zach!"

"You don't think those guys still like each other, do you?" Jack asked with confusion as Daniel squints, "It's one-sided, I can tell."

Corbyn spoke, "Yep, Zach's totally trying his hardest."

"I mean, he used me to make her jealous. And, she hates me." Aspen shrugged as the boys chuckle, "Andrea don't hate nobody. She probably dislikes Zach, not you."

"Ah, I see. At first, I thought it was because Zach wanted to get back at her and make her jealous. She doesn't seem jealous, she seems okay with it actually." Aspen nods as the boys nod along with her, contemplating on whether or not they should help Zach with Andrea once again.

"She'll find out soon enough." Jack states.

"And, she said she wasn't lost." Daniel chuckled.

"She's probably still lost in her feelings, lost between loathe– dislike –and love, she has no idea where she is. She has no idea where she should stand between because if she puts weight on the wrong end, she's going to drop." Corbyn explained as the three look at him, "Deep." They all state.

___

"Stop dragging me!" I shout as Zach still keeps going, "Zach! Stop! Stop, it's starting to hurt." I state, looking at the redness of my wrist as I could feel a sharp pain. I notice a ring on Zach's index finger and that's what started to hurt my finger, "Zach! Stop! You're hurting me!" I shout as he stopped.

He lets go of my wrist as I look down to see a small cut on my wrist, "Zach. Ow. That really hurt, douchebag." I state as he looks back at me and down to my wrist, "Sorry, I just...I got caught up with you–"

"Why in the world did you have to drag me all the way to a stupid empty hallway. And, for what? I don't — I don't get you sometimes. Sometimes, you're nice! Sometimes, you're dumb! Sometimes, you're a dick and I just want to hurt you. But—"

"But, you can't hurt me?" He asked as I shook my head, "But, most of the time, you pretend to be my friend. As if everything you did never happened. And, that kills me all the fucking time because you think as if you didn't break me once, and you might break me the second time." I spoke as a tear falls down my cheek, I brush away the hair that was tickling my face.

"I didn't mean to hurt you, I was stupid, I—"

"How are you so sure that you won't become the same person a second time?" I ask, "I'm tired, Zach. I really am."

"I changed. I really did, just please...hear me out."

"I don't believe in second chances." I crossed my arms, "Because they just end up hurting you again."

"Well, what if I didn't?" He asked, "What if we became the old us. The sixteen year-olds that had the damn puppy love everyone admired."

"We're eighteen now, Zach. Everything changes eventually."

"My feelings towards you have never missed the target. I'm not over you, Andrea. I know you are. But, if I had the second chance to show you how much I love you for the two years you weren't by my side, I would." Zach says.
