"Richard can you tell me who you think would do this " Commissioner Gordon said to the little boy as he was silent still remember what that just happend

"I'll leave you alone "

'Poor kid no body should ever see this the bastard who did this .... Will never see the light of day if I find him " Gordon then lit a cigarette trying to get his thoughts together

"Bruce Wayne....  I guess you saw "

"What was it "

Gordon exhaled the fumes of the cigarette

" homicide "

" poor kid saw it all, he has no other family " Gorden in inhale so more fumes then exhaled before speaking again "I don't know what we're gonna do with him " he then sighed before taking another shot at the cigarette

"I'll take Grayson , Gorden"

I'll check up with you and the boy every week or so . Just until we capture that bastard he's still a witness after all " Gorden took the cigarette out of his mouth as he then stomped on it before going towards Bruce

" The bolts from the ummm trapeze thing or whatever got tampered with and the boy saw something with some man getting a fight him dad we tryed to get a  description from the boy but he's ain't talking " Gorden then took another cigarette out, starting to light it as he walked away from the conversation to look more thoroughly at the crime scene
Bruce then walked over to the boy

"Hey " Bruce started as he kneeled at the young boy  "I'm... so sorry for what has happend to you "

"I am too " he said sadly as a tear went down his cheek  trying not to cry at the memory of what has happend

"I know this is hard for you , your anger , confuse "

"You don't know anything ! " he shouts back
Bruce then hugged the boy as if he was his very own,  whispering in his ear " I do know ... I really do " his voice cracked in the sentence
the boy sobed in Bruce's shoulder
"It's ok , it's ok " Bruce cooed to the fragile boy

~A few hours later of stuff ~

You were playing in your room as usual alone as usual with Mr . Fluffy by your side having a tea party well more like a table with a small stuff animal and sitting alone with your imaginary friend

"Y/n ! " Alfred called "time for lunch "

"I'll be right there " You called back as you took your stuffed animal with you

Alfred made  [your favorite food as a kid]  You were loved it it was your favorite ever

"My pleasure sweet heart " he said in his  British accent which you loved

You had something on your mind that was bugging you
"when do you think daddy will come home " you asked Alfred

"I'm not sure but probably soon he wouldn't want to miss your pretty face " your face lit up a bit

"Really so he is coming home !!" as you spun in a circle cheerfully

"Of course " he then patted you on the head

"Alfred  I'm home "

"Daddy !!" You ran up to Bruce hugging by the leg before he even stepped through the door

'Aaawww so cuteee ^^ ' as  Alfred looked at y/n hugging  Bruce

"Hi y/n " he hugged back

" I want you to meet someone " Bruce then opened the door to see a little boy about y/n's age
"This is Richard he's going to be staying with us "

"Really !! " y/n says as he let go of Bruce's leg to get a better look at the boy
The boy had dark raven hair with blue diamond eyes , with a pretty good build for a 8 year old , a blue Hawk on the front of his white t-shirt with black jeans and red converse .

" hi " Grayson said kindly

"Hi nice to meet you !" You said back

"Nice to meet you too "
