LAND OF THE MORGAN

Chapter five

Crows flying, eagles soaring, and the sun is shinning so brightly as the rooster crows, it was a beautiful morning. King Tyron eyes popped opened afterwards he jumped up out of bed and ran to his sister, the Lady Rhondena's chambers just to find her not there. All tuck away in her cage was Lady Rhondena's beautiful white owl with green eyes. King Tyron opened the cage and tied an urgent messaged on her, and whispered softly.

"Go and find the Lady Rhondena."

The owl flew into the King and Queens chambers, only to find Queen Rhondena resting peacefully in her chambers. The owl landed on Queen Rhondena's chest trying to awaken her from her deep sleep. She woke up and saw her owl and wondered who set her free, when she knew she had her safely tucked away in her cage.

"What is it my sweet?" Queen Rhondena asked her owl when she notices a note tie to her leg. When Queen Rhondena read the note she wrote back.

"All is well."

King Tyron read the note and went back to his chambers to curl up beside his Queen Margo, in their large canopy bed.

Meanwhile, Matilda and Hero were getting scold out for loosing the attempt to capture the Morgan's Kingdom.

"You two should be, beheaded for loosing a good fight to overthrow the Kingdom of Baldacci." The Old witch grabbled. Meanwhile, Moreland worried about the return of the witches and had a messenger to gather King Tyron as quickly as possible. Being like a father to him, the King went to see the old wizard at once.

"What is it Moreland? Did you not know that I was with my Queen?" King Tyron complained.

"The time has come to building new and positive attitudes. What I have to say is going to be hard and with everything that has happen in the past few months, still I need you to be aware that the witches are not through yet. You did not listen to me when I warned you about your castle so please hear me now, take heed to my warning" Moreland admonished.

"What do you mean? We got rid of all of them." King Tyron replied.

"Those witches vanished without a trace, with no scorch of a scratch. You do not find that odd?" Moreland tried to explains. The King did not want to hear that, it just spoiled his morning. As he was returning towards his castle he watched the Ladies leaving in their coaches going back to their own Kingdom.

Standing tall in his royal attire and looking so handsome as he fold his arms behind his back, walking through the corridors with the weight of the world resting on his shoulders; King Tyron did know how to tell his Queen, that the witches will be back to try and take over the Kingdom, and in what way should he alarm the people of Morgan of this tragedy.

"Sire, what is it that troubles you so?"

"My lovely Queen, I need to tell you the witches will be back."

"How do you know this?"

"Because they did not get what they came for our Kingdom." King Tyron explained.

"Sire, what shall we do?"

"You do nothing my precious queen. You just stay in here and remain comfortable until I feel it would be safe for you to go out and about among the people again."

The King did not know how he was going to warn King Kaiser and his queen, King Tyron's sister. But far behind the other side of the forest deep in a swampy area, there lies some green like creature that the witches turned into human form, to fool the people of Morgan into believing they were settlers, looking for a resting place to bed down for the night, hoping the people of Morgan, would talk the strange settlers into staying and helping them to rebuild their Kingdom and becoming permanent residents in the Land of the Morgan.
