Adrien woke up to his blaring alarm but refused to complain. His father had agreed to let him go to public school and he wasn't going to wine, no matter how early he had to get up. He jumped out of bed and stretched a giant stretch.

"Time to go to school, Plagg." He said and a smile spread across his lips.

"I swear, you are the weirdest kid on earth. Who would want to go to school when you can just stay home and eat cheese all day?" Adrien decided not answer that question because he'd already tried to explain himself many times but the little kwami just didn't get it.

As he got ready for school he thought of patrol and what he'd learned from Ladybug last night. He'd confirmed that she did go to school and wasn't 5,000 years old. Very helpful information, although he'd already suspected that she wasn't really that old but just trying to cover up her secret identity. He didn't know what school she went to though, which didn't confirm anything. When he called her Princess she didn't do anything but hesitate for the tiniest of seconds before moving. That didn't confirm anything either because she could have just been reacting to a nickname he doesn't usually call her. There was one last bit of evidence though. Last night he had tried to compare how she'd looked to Marinette discretely. The discrete part did not work out and Adrien was fairly sure she was weirded out by him. But the more important part was that he had successfully compared her to Marinette. How could he not have seen how similar they looked until now? They both had midnight blue hair, bluebell eyes and what he was really surprised he didn't noticed before, the same voice. They sounded exactly the same and Adrien hadn't been able to get over it all night. He was almost certain now but he was not for sure. There was no 100% evidence that Mari was Ladybug and he didn't know how to get it.

He sighed and walked out to the limo, his school bag over his shoulder. Gorilla was already in the front seat ready to drive him to school. It only took a little while to get there and soon enough the limo was pulling up beside the school. Kids were milling around in the front courtyard, listening to music, talking to friends, and finishing up last minute homework. Adrien spotted Nino sitting on a bench and, not surprisingly, with headphones over his ears. Alya sat next to him on her tablet but Marinette was nowhere to be found. He scanned the courtyard hoping to find her and drop a few hints that he knew she was Ladybug. If that was indeed the case. He scanned the courtyard again and saw her crouched behind a tree. That was weird, he thought. He carefully began walking towards her, careful not to make much noise. As he got closer he saw she had a purse in her lap. The strange part though was that she was bending over it and apparently speaking. He scrunched his brow in confusion and quickly crouched behind a bush. He knew eavesdropping was wrong but his curiosity took over and he listened to his classmates hushed conversation... with something... very intently.

"I can't Tikki, you know how flustered I get around him." She said, a serious look on her face. Who could Tikki be? He wondered to himself. Inside his jacket he felt Plagg stir but decided to ignore it. Then the strangest thing of all happened, a tiny, squeaky, little voice came from inside the bag. His eyes widened.

"Yes, you can Marinette." Said the strange voice. "How hard is it to ask him out to the movies or something?" Adrien blushed intently, he felt as if he was listening in on a private conversation, no matter how strange it was.

"You know I can't do that! Even if I managed to ask him out without stuttering or saying something stupid I'd probably make a fool of myself in front of Adrien." Adrien stiffened. Did he hear her right? She... liked him? He felt his face grow hot and immediately regretted eavesdropping. He was hoping to catch some evidence that she was Ladybug but now he had overheard his classmate saying... she liked him? He didn't know how to feel about that. He loved Ladybug with all his heart. But Marinette was... well she was awesome. And she might actually be Ladybug! Ugh this was so confusing!
