"I'm falling apart, you've ripped out my heart. I'm falling apart, I don't know where to start.
I don't want to go. It's happening again, it's happening again.
But I can't let it show, I'll be with her again, together till the end."

Eddie stopped trying to bring him back again.

He wouldn't find missed calls from him, nor would he ever find him sleeping soundly by his side in their bed. Seamus' scent has faded from the intricate sheets, as well as the last remaining evidence that he has ever been here.

He has come back, but only in dreams and broken-down forms of deja-vu. Only, that is, when he wants to, and Eddie can't do a thing about it.

Driving down their neighborhood at night, he could see a boy with blond hair and blue eyes standing by a lamp-post. He swears that he's seen Seamus before, and choking on the moment that it had to have been him.

He would notice that this boys' eyes were not the oceanic blues that his lover wore, nor did his hair fall in the same loose manner. And he would be holding a cigarette.

Seamus that smoking was disgusting.

So after a moment of realization that it wasn't the man that Eddie hoped it would be, he would become consumed with depression and hang his head while trying not to look at the reflection of his love directly. It wasn't him, and Seamus wasn't coming back.

Seamus O'Doherty.

Seamus ruined everything, he ruined Eddie, and now he was gone.

Gone.

And that was the day that Eddie decided that he would stop trying to bring his lover back to his bed and leave him to rest.

"If I have to go, it's happening again, it's happening again.
I'll be damned if I'm alone, I'll be with her again."
