Chapter 1- Everything's Perfect

I shut off my alarm and got up. It was Monday morning. Just perfect. Why we're Mondays were even invented. Everyone knows it's the worst day if the week. But I'm getting ahead of myself. My names Amy Grace Anderson. I'm 21 years old and live with my mom and dad. Yes I'm and only child and I love it. I get spoiled a lot from my dad cause of how good I am. I work at Chrisley and Co. in LA with my mother and believe when I say it's great working with Todd Chrisley, although I will say he needs to learn to let go of his kids. I'm best friends with his daughter Savannah. She's the best friend I've ever had. She's been their for me when I'm mad, sad or in a bf( bitch fit). My life is perfect except for one thing. I don't have a boyfriend. I know right? I'm 21 and still don't have one. I've been single for most of my life and it sucks when I walk around seeing couples hold hands, kiss or do sweet things for each other. But enough about me. On with my life

I got dressed and went down stairs to see my breakfast was ready with a cup of Starbucks next to it. With that, came a note.
Dear Amy,
Your father and I went on a business trip in England and won't be back for 3 months. We're sorry but we love you. Todd's son Chase is coming to take to work. Love you

I smiled and ate all my breakfast and went to take a shower before work. A couple minutes later, the doorbell rang. I went and opened it to see Chase ready to go. "Hey" I said with no emotion. I hated Chase so much. He's what his dad calls a whorehound, which means he just picks on random pretty girls that he likes. He's flirty and I wish my mom sent Savannah to get me and just as I was about to get into Chase's car, I heard a horn from afar. Savannah's  white Mercedes comes around the corner. She read my mind. "Hey girl? Need a ride?" She asked. "Thank you Savior" I thanked her.  "Savannah what the hell are you doing here?" Chase asked irradiated. "I'm picking up my bitch. I knew she didn't have want you taking her to work so I saved the day." She said confidently. Before Chase could respond, she drove off. "Thanks Sav. Your a lifesaver" I said with relief. "No problem sister from another mister." She said she while smirking.

We finally got to work and walked in to the store. Todd welcomed me as usual. "Good morning Amy" he said while smiling at me. "Morning sir" I replied. "You ready for another day of work?" He asked. "Yeah I am" I said confidently. I got started with hanging up clothes on hangers and putting price tags on things. As I was making my way to the register to talk over Savannah's shift, the door opened. A man with black hair sunglasses walked in. "Hi how are you today?" I asked him. "I'm good thank you" "Looking for anything in particular" I asked him. "No just looking. Thank you" he said. His voice sounded familiar. Like a character off a show or movie. As he was looking around, I noticed he took off his sunglasses. Holy actual shit! It's Daniel Henney from Big Hero 6 and Criminal Minds Beyond Borders! Damn he looks better in person. His brown eyes. His nice black hair. Sexy ass muscles and toned chest. Oh god. My thoughts were interrupted by him walking up to the counter. "Found everything you need?" I asked. "Yeah I did" he said while shining his perfect white teeth. My knees weakened a bit. I rang him up and scanned everything. "Your total is $54.38." I said. He took out his wallet and paid. Once he was done, I gave him his change. "Have a great day!" I said. "Thanks you too" he replied. On his way out, I noticed he dropped a piece of paper. I went around the counter and picked up the paper and unfolded it.

I smiled at the note and put it in my pocket and continued to work.

After work was over, I got home and went in my pocket and got the phone number he gave me. I dialed and waited for him to answer. "Hello" he said. "Hey it's the girl you saw at the store." I replied. "Oh hey! I never got your name." He said curiously. "It's Amy" I said, smiling. "Amy. What a beautiful name for a beautiful girl." He replied. I blushed at him calling me beautiful. "Thank you. You did look so bad yourself today." I said. "So I'm guessing your names Daniel, right?" I asked. "Yeah it is. I'm guessing you know who I am." He said. "Yeah. I've seen your movies and tv shows." I replied. "What do you say we meet a the coffee shop on the corner tomorrow at 12?" He proposed. "Id like that" I said. "Great! See you tomorrow Amy" he said to me. "See you tomorrow Daniel" I replied. After I hung up i got ready for bed, plugged in my phone and sleep took over my body.
