Chapter 2-Meeting him

Amy's POV
I woke up the next morning realizing that Todd gave me the day off. And I also was going to see Daniel today. I was excited and nervous. I wonder if he'll remember what I look like. I went downstairs and started walking to the coffee shop. Since it was December and it was cold, I wore a jacket and scarf. A few minutes later I got to the shop and looked for Daniel. I then noticed him in a corner with two espressos and a warm smile to greet me. "Hi you must be Amy, right?" He asked me. "Yeah I am. You must be Daniel." I replied. "Yeah. Nice to meet you." He said as he pulled me into a hug. He smelled amazing. A combination of apple and cinnamon and I loved it. We pulled out from the hug and looked at each other. His eyes were so mesmerizing to look at. He was just perfect. My celebrity crush was just amazing. "Hey you ok?" He asked while chuckling a bit. "Yeah I am. Your just really hot" I said dreamily. My eyes then went wide as I realized what I just said. "Well thank you ms sexy pants" he said while smirking. Lord this mans gonna be the death of me. I love it. "Well gets to know each other shall we?" I asked. "Sure" he replied.

For the past four hours, me and Daniel just sat and talked about life our families and what we like to do. Everything was great until that one question popped up. "So do you have a boyfriend?"  He asked. Oh shit. What do I say? I don't wanna lie to him! "Uh..I don't" I whispered. "Sorry I couldn't hear you" he said. "I said I don't" I replied as I looked down, feeling ashamed. "Hey look at me" he said sincerely. I just shook my head. Then, I felt two fingers go under my chin and lift my head up. My blue eyes met with his brown ones. "Your too beautiful to not have a boyfriend. And if guys can't see that, then their blind" he said. I just nodded and was literally on the verge of tears. "That was the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me" I said with tears in my eyes. He quickly wiped them away. We looked at each other for a minute. Daniel smiled at me and I sent a small smile back. "Come on let's go to your place" he said. "Sure" i replied. We both got up and walked to the park.

Once we were at the park, we sat on a park bench and talked some more about life. "So about that whole thing at the cafe. I meant every word I said. You're beautiful Amy" he said looking deep in my eyes. Without thinking, I smashed my lips into his. I was hoping he'd kiss back and to my surprise, he did. Our lips both moved in sync. I was just too perfect to describe. His hand wrapped around my waist and my arms wrapped around his neck. After a while, I pulled away slowly. I looked down and bit my lip. "Wow" was all I said. "Yeah. Wow" he chuckled. I giggled at the thought of my kissing my celebrity crush. Oh my actual god! I feel invincible! Like I can do anything. It's a good feeling and I love it. "Well I better walk you home" he said. "Ok then" I replied. We then started our walk home.

As soon as we got to my doorstep, I was about to turn the knob when Daniel turned me around and kissed me again. I wrapped my arms around his neck and my fingers got tangled in his hair. "I'll see you tomorrow Amy" he whispered which sent chills down my spine. "Goodnight Dashi" I whispered back. He looked at me confused. "Dashi?" He asked. "Yeah. Tadashi is one of my favorite characters from Big Hero 6 so I'm calling you Dashi as a nickname" I explained. "Alright then. I'll call you Amsicle or Amybear" he said. "Either or is fine" I said. "Goodnight Amybear" he said as he kissed my cheek. "Goodnight Dashi" I replied. I walked inside and got changed and FaceTimed my parents for half an hour. After I did, I got in bed and went to sleep with Daniel on my mind.
