"Oh my gosh! Yes Chance I will go with you!!" I said so excitedly

- Let me take you back 2 days earlier-

I was sitting in my senior English class and then the announcements come on like always this time during this class.
'Don't forget to get your PROM tickets, you don't want to miss out on PROM this year, especially all you seniors' "So are you going to prom this year?" my friend asks me.
"I'm not sure yet especially since I don't have a date yet and plus it's 2 weeks away."
"Well, you should go, at least to get enjoy the experience." She said
"At least you have someoneto go with, here I am having no one to go with!"
I looked at her with a concerned look
"Ahh come on you should go with me and my boyfriend it will still be so much fun!"
"Yeah... no thanks, I don't want to third wheel with the two you guys, me being there and you two making out ugh gross!" I said disgustingly
"Fine, but if you don't find a date by Friday, you are going with me,"

Chance's POV

"Dude I have got to find someone to go to Prom with!" I suddenly sat to Michael

"Oh I might know someone she-"
"Please don't try and set me up again, remember what happened last time, yeah disaster." I said interrupting Michael

"I'm for real this time though listen here me out, she actually asks just like you, I know this because she's in my math class, but I can ask her if you want me to,"

"Nah it's fine, she's probably nothing like me, plus I have to get to know her first, but anyways what's her name?" I said

"Becca, she has green eyes, and brown hair,"
"Ohh I know who you're talking about" I said
"She's actually in my science class, but she is really quite in that class which surprises me,"  I said curiously

I start to wonder why she is only quite in that class. When she's with other people she is usually really outgoing.
"Chance!" Michael shouts at me.
"So are you going to ask her to Prom?"
"I'm not sure yet, but I'll keep you updated,"

Michael's POV

-Later that day-

"I think my best friend has a little crush on your best friend," I say to my girlfriend
"Oh my gosh really?" She says
"Yep, don't say anything but I think he is going to ask her to Prom." I say
"Awwweee that is so sweet!"

Becca's POV
-2 DAYS LATER-

I have to admit something. The only reason why I'm so quite in my science class is because I kinda have a crush on someone in my class. I get told by people that we have the same kind of personality. Oh yea also the other day he gave me his number and we text each other so much.

During Lunch

My friend and I are sitting eating our lunch and suddenly the lights go dim, "Why can't I see" someone shouted. I actually laughed and found that hilarious. Then, there are 5 spotlights and music starts playing. There is a group of guys that are performing a song. I recognize one of them in particular, Chance.

After the song ended Chance goes up to the microphone and says "Becca, would you come up here?" I start to walk up to where they are standing. The other guys are holding a sign that says, 'Hey Becca, whatcha doing later? Cause I have got a great place to take you, PROM?' He looks at me while I was reading the sign, waiting for me to give him an answer. "Awe Chance I would love to go with you!" I say excitedly. People started taking videos and posting them to their social media, and when I said yes they all cheered. I doubted myself but  now have a date to prom. Today is the best day ever, now time to start looking for a dress.
