"What's on your mind?" Jamaal asked, while leaning over the table to catch a glimpse of my face.

"Just thinking, you know" I answered.

"Thinking about what?" He asked. "Me?" He added teasingly.

I rolled my eyes.

He looked and tauntingly replied. "You didn't say no"

"Excuse me, can you stop flirting and do your calculations?!" Said Mr Yang in a frustrated tone. His command was followed by half of the class giggling at his attempt to show authority.

I couldn't help but blush. I felt a sudden hatred towards Mr Yang. 'How dare he embarrass me, bastard!' I thought. Jamaal didn't even seem bothered, he liked the attention.

I smoothly tilted my head to see what he was up to.

"You trying to copy me Emma?" Asked Jamaal giggling.

"Hmmm no" I giggled back. "Anyway do you know how to do question 5?"

I lied I knew exactly what I had to do but I just really wanted to hear his deep, hypnotising voice.

He explained with a smile, I couldn't help but to look at him, he looked up and for a split second our eyes met. The amazing moment was interrupted with the annoying sound of the movement bell.

'Great thanks for ruining everything bell!' I thought.

It was time for next lesson and I was dreading it very much. 1.Theres going to be a science test. Science is worst subject ever like who is the idiot that made all that crap up. 2. Jamaal wasn't going to be there so what was I supposed to stare at?

"Emma you need to try this method , it changed the lives of so many" My bestfriend Katy, prodded me with her pen for the hundredth time.

"Katy." I sighed in annoyance and rubbed my temples. " Can't we talk about it when we are done writing this stupid test?"

"You're a straight A student Emma, you can afford to fail one test," she wedged her pen between her teeth and proceeded to make a paper airplane out of her question paper.

"And you are a straight D student, you can't afford to fail anymore," I snorted and turned away, looking down at my table.

"Oh stop being boring!" She smirked and nudged me.

"Shut up, your so annoying god!"

"Ms. Beckett and Ms. Grayser," Mrs. Robert, our terrifying science teacher suddenly hovered over our table, staring at us. "Is there something you want to share with the class durning an EXAM?"

"Mrs Robert," Katy pulled a surprised expression, her next words making the entire class burst into laughter. "Aren't you supposed to be dead?"h

I looked up, my heart sinking, at Mrs Robert. She wasn't very happy. The entire class had stopped doing there test and now they were staring, waiting for the drama that was sure to follow.

"Katy Glayser," Mrs Robert spat out. " If you do not have anything nice to share with us, I suggest you give me your test and make your way to the principal's office!"

"Actually ," Katy stated , matter of fact at this point i was praying for her to shut up. "That's a horrible suggestion"

"Katy!" I shouted, sinking into my seat. Mrs Roberts angry gaze met my eyes.

"Both of you out. Now!" She shot us one of her evil smirks.

"But-" I began.

"Don't argue with me Ms. Beckett," She interrupted rudely. "Both of you can expect a very low grade on his test and Ms. Glayser, you better be making your way to the principals office."

"Ciao, bitches," Katy pumped her fist in the air and left the room as quickly as possible while I looked at her in shock.

"Come on," she stared at me, causing me to squirm. "You too, Emma."

"I-"

"Don't make me give you a 1 hour detention," she shook her head in disappointment as i slowly stood up and gathered my belongings. "Thank you."
She mumbled once I was near the door and out.

"Katy!" I gritted my teeth once Mrs Robert had slammed the door practically in my face. "where are you ?"

"I'm off to my buddy's office," she appeared from behind a wall. "Thank me later for getting you out of the lesson."

And with that she disappeared, leaving me alone in the corridor.

I ignored the anger boiling within me and slowly walked to the next corridor and leaned against the wall, taking deep breaths. I looked around for a living soul but the corridors were empty except for the one and only, Jamaal West. Dark Brown hair, brown eyes and a 10/10 body. God he was so handsome.

"Aren't you supposed to be in class?" He smirked while raising his eyebrow.

"Aren't you?" I rolled my eyes and looked at him.

"I asked first?" He smirked again.

God everything about him was just so perfect except he did have a pretty shitty attitude but I didn't care. His strong jaw line made my knees tremble.

"Go on what's your reason?"He looked deep into my eyes while blocking my path way.

"I got send out." I replied pretty confidently.

"Omg good girl Emma has been sent out?" He giggled."You a bad girl now?" He winked and left while leaving me speechless in the corridor.....
