Babysitters

•Natsus POV•

"Sure Bisca, don't worry. We've watched her before, we can do it again." I say to Bisca as her and Alzak leave, leaving me and Gray in charge of Auzka. We are standing in front if the guild, and it is about eleven in the afternoon.

"Bye mommy! Bye daddy!" Auzka shouts from next to me, squeezing my hand.

"Bye Sugar! We'll see you soon. We love you." Bisca says as she leaves hand in hand with Alzak.

"Alright Auzka. What do you want to do?"

" I wanna ride on your back again Natsu!" I hear Gray stifle a laugh in the background.

"I have an idea! How about this time you ride on Grays back? After all he is taller." That made him stop laughing.

"YAH!" She shouts and let's go of my hand, turning to Gray.

"Gray?? Will you give me a piggy back ride?" She says innocently, giving him puppy eyes that he couldn't say no to.

"Okay..." he huffs, glaring at me. He bends down and she gets on his back. Suddenly I remember that a new kids place opened up recently.

"Hey Auzka, want to go somewhere?"

"Yah!" She shouts back with a smile.

"Come on them!" I start to lead the way to the game place, and Gray follows, with a groan. I lead us downtown.

"Welcome to Burty's!" I exclaimed, standing by the sign that said the same thing. We head inside and it's buzzing with life. Kids running around laughing and squealing , waiters trying to get to tables, people playing games. The air smelt of cheese pizza, and egg nog. We walk up to the front desk, and Gray pulls out some money paying for admission. He somehow knew that I didn't have the money on me.

After we got settled and Auzka is playing around, me and Gray sit in our booth, since we are too big to use any of the toys. (Well at least that's what Gray said, but I disagree.) A waitress comes over, and drops off our pizza. She turns to look at me, and winks. She leaves behind a piece of paper with her number on it saying to 'call her anytime (;'. Gray scoffs and grabs a slice of pizza, and munches on it. I briefly look at him, then turn back to the paper looking at it while eating a piece of pizza. Gray turns and looks at me weird, I ignite me hand and burn the paper .

"This is really good pizza." I say through a mouth full.

"Why'd you burn her number? She was hot."

"Cause I know a thing or two about hot and she definitely wasn't that. Besides I.. uh... I'm not exactly... attracted to girls." I say, mumbling the last part while looking away.

"You're gay?!"

"Could you be any louder?" I hiss. He looks at me completely dumbfounded.

"And... yah." I say quietly.

"Natsu Dragneel, the Salamander... is gay?" I hear him mumble. I glare at him.

"Whose your boyfriend?" He asks smirking, leaning in.

"Wh-what?" I shout, my face burning crimson.

"Come on. Who's your boyfriend? Or who is a guy you've had sex with before?" He asks suggestively.

"I don't have a boyfriend, and none of your business."

"Ouch. I'm actually surprised that you're not a virgin." He smirks. I feel my face burning. I pretend to be watching all the kids play.

"Wait a minute. You are a virgin?" He starts laughing.

"Shut up popsicle!" I shout, as he erupts in laughter. I continue to eat my pizza harshly, narrowing my eyes, my face still burning.

"Five minutes to closing." The speakers blare. There are barley any other people here, pretty much everyone has left.
"We should probably leave now." Gray says standing up. I grunt in response.
"Let's go find Auzka. She in the ball pit." I respond. We walk over to the pool sized pit, and look around it.
"AUZKA! We have to leave, it's closing." There isn't a response.
"Auzka?" Gray shouts worriedly. We start digging around the ball pit.
"Auzka!" I shout. Suddenly she pops out of nowhere.
"Here I am!" She giggles. When she had popped up though, she did so right in front of me, startling me. Which may have caused me to fall on my ass. Gray snickered, looking down at me as he lifted Auzka out of the pit.

"Thank you." Bisca quietly said one last time as she closed the door. Gray and I walked away from her house, side by side down the path.

"Ya know, I still can't believe that you're a virgin."

"Why are you so hung up on that?" I ask exasperatedly.

"I don't know. I just never expected it from you."

"What do you mean by that?" I glare at him.

"I don't mean it in a bad way," he smirked at me, "I just thought that there might be something going on with you and Lucy."

"Oh. Definitely not, me and her are just friends."

"Oh. So you wouldn't mind if I did this?" He quickly grabs the ends of my scarf and pulls me towards him. He starts to kiss me, there under the white luminescent glow of the moons light , under the shining star-y sky. I thought it would be a rough, hard kiss; but it ended up being soft, and heart-felt. I slowly melt into it, moving towards him kissing back. Suddenly he lets go, but only keeps our faces centimeters apart.

"See you at the guild tomorrow, flame brain." He smirks, then walks away. I stand there confused, trying to process what just occurred.

Did that all really just happen?
