I look across the room
See you with your
Drama friends hoping
You'll notice me
Wanting you to just take one glance it won't hurt
Not one bit to at least
Say hi
Your friends bully me
And you think
It's funny but
Do you believe that
Your just sticking up
For yourself so you
Don't get hurt with
The words they might say.
Or do you really have
Things against me.
I know we don't talk
I know we don't share a sight
But I was The one
That stuck up for you
To everyone
Threw my heart out
For you and when you hurt me
And want me to give you a chance that's not going to happen
I chased you too long
And you never noticed
You hurt me in a way others haven't
So don't come back to me
Not now not ever
You had your chance and I was stupid enough to let you have it.
