Chapter 1

Alexus P.O.V What Mia looks like👆

"Alexus Wake Up! We go to school today! Get the hell up!" I heard yelling in my ear from my best friend Mia.

"Shut up!" I growled and pounced out of bed at her and she fell down.

"Knew I could get you up" she said with a smirk.

"Shut up. Go get Connor, and get dressed" I told her and pushed her out of my room. I went to my newly filled closet and picked some clothes. I decided to wear,

BAM! I always usually wear stuff like this. But if you try to put me in a dress. I will kill you. Literally.

"Alexus! Can you hurry up!" Mia yelled to me.

"Yeah! I'm coming down now!" I yelled and grabbed my phone and skateboard. You wanna know how dumb I am today. Extremely. I ran to the stairs and stopped. I saw Mia and Connor, my younger brother waiting at the steps.

"Move out of the way" I said.

They knew what I was doing and immediately moved out of the way.

I put the skateboard down and stood on it, hanging on the railings. I then let go of the rails and pushed off. Falling down all of the stairs in the process. I made it to the bottom. Upside down.

"Well. Saw that coming. Now get up and lets go to school." Mia said dragging me up and pushing me out the door.

I got on my skateboard and rode it while we all talked.

Fifteen Minutes Later

We finally arrived at the school. Yay. Note the sarcasm. We walked in the school and saw almost nobody out in the halls. We went directly to the office to get our schedules and stuff.

"What can I do for you three?" The lady asked us.

"Uh. We are the new exchange students from Ireland" I told her.

"Ah yes. Follow me" she said and led us to a door.

"Sir. The exchange students from Ireland are here"

"Yes! Bring them in" the man said and we walked in.

"Hello. I am your principle Mr. Miller. Here is your schedule Connor" he said and gave Connor a sheet.

"Which one of you is Miss Mia?" He asked.

Mia raised her hand and grabbed the paper.

"And you must be Miss Alexus" he said and I nodded.

He then gave me a paper and we walked out.

"Okay. Connor since you are two years younger, we will take you to your classes first" I told him and he nodded.

We then walked to his first class and walked in.

"Umm. Excuse me? This is my brother Connor. We are new from Ireland" I told the teacher and shook her hand.

"Ah. Yes. Well Welcome to America. I am Mrs. Turner okay" she said looking at Connor.

"Umm. He's a mute. From traumatic experience. He learns well though" I whispered to her and she nodded.

"Well you can go sit by Will. Will raise tour hand" she said.

A boy with red hair like Ron Weasly raised his hand. Connor then walked over next to him and sat down.

"Thank you" I said and Mia and I walked out.

"Now. To our class" she said pointing A direction and walking.

"That's the wrong way" I said.

"I knew that" she responded and walked the other way.

We both laughed and walked to our first class. We found the door and walked in.

"Ecxuse me?" We both asked.

"We are the new students from Ireland" I told him.

"Ah yes. Welcome to the U.S.A. I am Mr. Roach. You can go sit where you want." He said and we nodded.

I walked in the back and sat down. Not noticing who I was sitting next to.
I sat down in the chair and looked next to me. Mia followed me and was on one side to the left. I look to the right and see a beautiful caramel colored girl with chocolate brown eyes you could melt in. I turned back to the front quickly.

She's so pretty. I thought.

I saw Mia smirk at me from the corner of my eye and silently growled at her.
Then the intercom system came on.

"Alexus Mason! Can you please come to the office NOW! Alexus Mason!" Then it turned off.

Shit! Connor. I stood up immediately.

"Can I bring Mia with me?" I asked.

"Yeah of course" Mr. Roach said and we ran out of the classroom.

I wonder who that girl was. I wonder why I was so captivated by her. I don't even know her name.
