We made it ♡ (editing)

Auditions

I run home without turning back.  I unlock the door and head downstairs into the bathroom. Crying is all I can do.

I promised myself I wouldn't do this anymore. I go to a draw and take out my razor, I set it on my wrist and slice my skin across,  I do it again again and again. Right now I have a pool of blood of my arm.

There's a slam by the door. Dad.  "idaliz?"! "idaliz are you home?" I hurry up and clean my arm and the little blood that's on the floor. Just in case my dad comes into the bathroom which I dont think he will.

There's a knock on the door. "idaliz? are you in here" he asks through the door.

"yea"

"ok come down when you're down, I'll be making dinner"

"ok ill be down in a sec I got to take a shower"

"ok" is all he says, after a few seconds I hear my door click.

I take a quick shower and put on some jeans and my hoodie, I try to put on foundation or whatever you call it to cover up my bruises, I add more and more praying my dad doesn't notice.

I smell the scent of food. food. No I can't do this. your to fat. Why did my dad have to make food.

I head down stairs and stand by the round table in the living room.

"idaliz sit down"

I do as I'm told. He hands my food. I'll just talk to him to get him distracted.

"Dad?

"yes? guess he didn't notice my bruises, yeppi!

"If the xfactor auditions were in our town would you take us?

please say yes please!

"well.. I guess" "when is it"

"I don't know yet but I heard it was in our town."

"ok just let me know when"

"ok thanks dad! I smile like I never had before!

I jump full of joy. Then I take my food in my room so my dad wouldn't question me.

I end up throwing my food in the trash,  not caring at all.

I grab my loptop and go on the internet for x-factor auditions.

May 30th

A month from now, WHAT? There's not ganna be enough time to rehearse and make everything good!

I groan and and collapse on my bed.
