"I was thinking of asking Tessa out, but I don't know how.."

Chance and Erika have been with each other these past few days. Are they together? Nahh... I'm just jumping to conclusions, right? I'll just ask first.

"We need to talk."

"Why have you been hanging out with Erika these past few days?"

"I need to explain why Chance and I have been hanging out these few days."

"Explain."

"Chance has been meaning to ask you something, so I'm helping him prepare for it."

"What is he going to ask me, huh? I'm not buying it."

"Right. Just leave! I thought you were my friend, my sister from another mother, my FAMILY."

"LEAVE! I ONLY LET PEOPLE I CARE ABOUT IN THIS ROOM, SO GET OUT!"

"How'd it go?"

"Let's just say I didn't tell her why exactly you've been wanting to ask, so she took it bad. Very bad."

Tessa has been in her room for almost a week. She only lets Jake in her room to give her food.

I've finally decided to come out of my room.

*walks out*

*goes downstairs*

*whispers to Jake*

"Can you please keep Chance and Erika away from me?"

"Why?"

"Just do it, please???"

"Okay."

Why does Tessa not want Chance and Erika to be near her? She loves them the most out of everyone.

"Chance and Erika, please keep your distance from Tessa. It wasn't my choice, it was hers."
