Taehyung P.O.V.

The school day ended, thank god.

I was walking out with Yoongi, as someone shouted.

"Taehyung! Yoongi! Wait!"

The raven haired boy was running towards us.

"Wanna hang out today?" He's expression was so cute, it conveyed the feeling as if Jungkook was a little boy that was given a lollipop.

"Sorry, can't. I have basketball practice."

"Aw. Well what about you Taehyung?"

"Sure, I'm free."

Oh god what am I doing, spending the rest of the day with him? What if I lose control!? And isn't with me, he can't help him if it happens. What if I kill him? Oh, OH GOD-

No Tae, just calm yourself. Nothing will happen. You'll just get to know him better. And you'll become closer friends, and you will tell him you're a vampire. Nothing bad, Nothing bad...

"Uhm, hello? Earth to Taehyung?"

"You zooned out..."

Even tho a vampires diet consists mostly of blood, we still need regular food.

We were waking, and soon enough we were there. I ordered an iced tea, while he ordered hot chocolate.

"Childish."

"What did you say?"

"Nothing. Drink, Kiddo"

"Hey! Just because I like hot chocolate doesn't mean I'm a child!"

He said sticking his tongue out. I couldn't help but to laugh at his silliness.

We sat down at a table and began drinking our beverages.

"So, do like the school?"

"Yeah, it's very nice! Except I'm a bit scared. Like not trying to be racist- or I guess, uh, spiciest I guess, I'm afraid of vampires. Or to be exact I have sanguivoriphobia."

No, but, wait-

He's, afraid of vampires. But, I'm a vampire. How is this going to work?! I don't wanna lose him.

"It might sound a bit weird, but it stems from when I was attacked by a few years ago, I almost died..."

"Well, it seems just logical if that was what happened..." I said while stirring the tea with a straw.

I know some vampires kill people, but why him? Why did they have to attack him? Why-

"Do you have any fears Tae?"

"T-Tae?" I questioned with a stutter being slightly flustered.

"What, it sounds cute!"

"Hehe, ok. And yeah I do have a fear." I don't actually fear anything really, but for this to work I have to tell a this lie.

"I have hemophobia, I'm afraid of blood. I don't really know where this fear comes from. But if there's blood at a scene, don't be surprised if I'm not too much help, or even if I run away."

"Ok, that's good to know! And hey, looks like our fears go hand in hand!"

"Seems like they do."

It feels wrong lying to him, but it's for the best

We continued chatting and drinking, before we knew it, it was dark.

Walking out, I smelled something in the distance. I didn't know what it was, it was very unclear. We continued, it was getting closer. We started to reach an alley, and it hit me.

It was blood.
