The "Hidden" Mage

~~Ch.2: The Incident~~

Today is October 12, 2020 the day that something terrible will end up happening. Aaron, Zero, and Jewels all decided that they were going to meet up at the starbucks near their school Silver Valley High. When Aaron, Zero, and Jewels got there they were going to talk about what happened yesterday and just process what secrets they revealed to each other. Before they all walked in into Starbucks Aaron gave Zero and Jewles an amulet. "So now we know that Aaron is a mage, Zero is a lycanthrope, and Jewles is a kitsune", they all said at the same time with excited voices but not too loud to point where someone might overhear them. "Guys remember what I gave you guys", Aaron said while looking at both of them. "Yea but why are these amulets so important to have?", Jewels and Zero said confused on why they should have this on them at all times. "Okay, so what I gave you was not just a normal amulet but they have different color gems depending on what type of supernatural creature you are, will blink when another supernatural gets near you that isn't one of us, they enhance your supernatural abilities, and they also work a communication device just incase you are ever in trouble", he said in a serious voice trying to make sure that understand why these amulets are so important. "ARE YOU SERIOUS AARON!!!", Jewels and Zero said almost shouting out to loud, "So you are saying that you made these amulets for us and our protection?" "Yea I need to make sure that your real identities stay a secret, you never use your supernatural against anyone, and I will be ALWAYS be there protect you no matter what even if my real identity is exposed to the world", he said in a determined voice that Zero and Jewels have never heard before. Zero and Jewels look at each other and knew that Aaron was hands down serious about protecting them and would do anything he had to in order to keep them safe. "Are you sure that you willing to risk everything in order to protect us...", Zero and Jewles said in a councering voice. "You both have know me all my life and by now you should know that I am willing to do anything for friends to make sure that they are always safe", Aaron said as he was recalling all the memories that Zero and Jewels had mad with him. "Okay Aaron we were just making sure that you would not regret the choice that you are making..." Zero and Jewles looking at each other now fully supporting the decision that Aaron was making. It has now been 30 minutes that they have spent talking about his and now they only had 10 minutes to get to school. At Silver Valley High school starts at 8:00 on the dot. "Guys we only have about 10 minutes to get to classes, I don't think that we will make in time", Jewels said worried about if they are going to make it to class in time without being late. "Follow me into the alley behind Starbuck, NOW", Aaron said now realizing that they had only 9 minutes. "Okay let's go!!!", Jewels and Zero both said now starting to panic. They all starting running to back of Starbucks . "Okay now I need you too both stay still and not move at all", Aaron said demanding them to listen. "Why can't we move at all",  Zero and Jewles said wondering why they couldn't move. "You can not move due to the fact that I am going to start my teleportation spell to get us to school on time so that we won't be late and then have our parents nagging on why we didn't make it school on time", Aaron said while looking at both of them and laughing about what he said about their parents. "When did you learn a teleportation spell", Zero and Jewles asked in curiosity but also somewhat fearful life he had completely mastered the spell. "I learned the spell yesterday while I was going through the family grimmoire", Aaron said excited to finally be able to use one of the many spells he had learned that day. Then Aaron started chanting when they only had 5 minutes to get to class. "Gemmas ad Ianuae eisdem paecipio schola procul agri meridiani", he said loudly so that the spell could work out well. At that instant all three of them were teleported to the far south field behind the school. "Good thing you teleported us to this field because we all have P.E as our first hour", Jewels said excited that they all started of the day with P.E. instead of some other boring and unfascinating class. "Yea your right Jewels we should be glad we have P.E. as out first hour and not one of our core classes first", Zero said trying to mimic the way Jewles sounded like. "Well race you guys to the locker room", Aaron said as he was half way across the field. "Your such a cheater Aaron, this is why we don't have competitions between on another", Jewles and Zero said simultaneously. Jewles and Zero got somewhat made so they used their supernatural abilities to be able to run faster than a regular human. In that short amount of time they almost managed to catch up to Aaron. Before Jewles and Zero got to Aaron he said out loud "Citius quam homines, et quam celerrime superno omni creaturae." Once he recited that spell he ran just fast as any supernatural creature ever existing and out ran Zero and Jewels.  When they all got to the entrance of the lockeroom two guys walked towards them. The two guys that walked towards them looked like they were in their senior year. When they got closer the two guys attacked Zero and Jewels. "LET GO OF THEM!!", Aaron shouted at the top of his lounges. "Well to start of my name is Blade and my friends name is Scythe", Blade said in a polite tone. "What do you want with Zero and Jewles", Aaron asked trying to get information out of them before sending Lancer to attack them. Lancer is one of the 7 past heroes Aaron can summon. "Well you see your two friends here are supernatural beings, to be more precice Jewels is a kitsune and Zero is a lyconthrope", Blade said in a delvilsh tone of voice, "So me and Scythe are here to kill them." "You better let go of my friends before you ever regret messing with me and my family", Aaron said slowly starting to get pissed off. "What can a 15 boy that is nothing special do to two professional hunters", Blade and Scythe said while laughing at Aaron. "Well you two didn't do enough research on the Moondragon family did you", Aaron said in a cocky voice, "BY MY LIFE FORCE I ORDER YOU LANCER KILL BLADE AND SCYTHE THIS INSTANT!!!" "I will not disobey nor fail the order that you gave me master", Lancer said with a deep and honorable tone. As Lancer said that he started materializing right before Blade's and Scythe's eyes. "How were you able to do that?!?!", Blade and Scythe said with fear and worry, "What are you?" "You see the Moondragon's are a family of mages or supernatural begins as you hunter families like to call us", Aaron said with pride and dignity, "But now that you have tried to hurt my friends, know their secret and mine you cannot live anymore, Lancer deal with them." "As you wish master", Lancer said without hesitation. Before Blade and Scythe could say anything Lancer precise both of their hearts with his spear. From that day on Aaron knew that he was ready to kill anyone who messed with him, his friends, and his family. 

Tomorrow Aaron, Zero, and Jewels will decided to stay in Everwinter or leave for good to escape anymore hunters that might come after them.
