Melody had her shell necklace, with that she could be a sea witch if she wanted to. Triton found out Melody left, and he wasn't happy. But she refused to obey him. Melody turned into a full blown rebel. She started dressing with black leather, she put red highlights in her hair, she slammed lockers and disrespected the adults. Melody had detention at least twenty-three times. Niarah kind of stopped taking to Mel, she was scared of getting in trouble. Niarah didn't quite get her mom's bravery.
The seaside festival was coming back around. Ariel returned from her trip to the Atlantic. She was looking forward to seeing her daughter, not in a good way though. Melody arrived at seaside , Ariel saw her and yelled her name "Melody !" Mel went over.
"Oh hey your back, what do you want" Melody blurted.
"You've been naughty" Ariel sweetly said.
Triton came from below seas with his golden trident. The crowd cheered. Triton noted and Swam over to Ariel and Melody.
"Mel, look at you ! What a disgrace" he yelled
Ariel cried "She's just going through a lot"
"Your too soft with her!" Triton zapped Mel with his trident. Melody fell into the ocean. She was fainted, luckily Sebastian and Flounder were there to rush her back to land. She was alright, Melody isn't fragile with water considering she is part mermaid. When she woke up she saw Mal and her mermaid friends dancing and singing. They was announcing sea queen. Melody has dreamt of winning her whole life. Just when she heard Triton
"I would like to give Mal the sea queen award, she had learned to swim and she did a race with a mermaid fin"
Nothing but fury unleashed in Melody. She screamed! Ran up to Mal snatched the crown and pushed Mal into the ocean. Everyone was shocked and confused. Melody ran off. She sat at the border that lead to the isle of the lost. She started at the land and thought. She believed she was treated like a villain so why not live with villains. She rushed back to Auradon prep before everyone returned from seaside. Mel made herself an isle of the lost look. Dark pink and grey jeans, grey vest with a dark pink trident with spikes on it. She officially had isle swag. She got her necklace and went to the garage. She kicked the security and got in the limo. Going across the barrier was weird for Mel to see , she had a weird feeling... Before she crossed all the way someone woke up from the back seat and yelled. Melody slammed the breaks, to look back and see Niarah !
"What are you doing you crazy psycho" Niarah cried
Melody started driving again "I'm leaving Auradon for good, you can jump out the window and go back"
Melody crossed the barrier and pulled up in the isle. Niarah was scared out of her mind.
Niarah was shivering "No take me back now! I meant it" Melody slapped Niarah and asked her "Don't you want revenge for what Mal and Evie did?"
"I talked to them.. It's okay now'
Mel rolled her eyes and started walking.
"What's that tunnel?" Niarah asked
"How would I know!?" They both went through the silver tunnel.
