Chapter 2- Arriving in la push

I drive past the la push sign I sigh tiredly as i finally made it I decided to stop a restaurant cuz I was hungry for driving so many miles without stopping in case they find me parking the truck i get out and stretch my legs before walking inside as I rub my stomach while open the door going to an empty table picking up the menu, the waitress comes over I order a cheeseburger and a coke to her as I sit there waiting for my food I look out the window as it starts to rain. It seems like the sun hardly shines here a couple minutes later my food comes as I thank her and starts eating my food as I was half way finished when my phone rang I check it and saw it's Rebecca Mikealson calling me I answer it with a smile. (The start of they're phone call)
R: hey Kate did you get there alright
K: yes I did becca does Klaus know im gone
R: he doesn't know yet so your good I just wish you didn't have to go
K: I'm sorry becca I know but i can't have him knowing about you know what
R: I know Kate and don't worry I won't tell him hell I won't let him touch you
K: thank you becca I have to go now I need to drive to my new house before it gets dark love you bye
R: love you too Kate bye and be careful
K: I will bye

I hang up and pay my bill then gets in my truck as I drive down the road to my new home its dark by the time I drive up my house and gets out as I walk to the back of my truck with my phone in hand as the other is on my hip, I hear a noise causing me to turn around a see a young guy as he puts his hands up woah sorry didn't mean to scare you like that hi I'm embry call he said,  I smile at him as I shake his hand feeling how warm it really is hi I'm Kate rose hale and your new neighbor I guess. So do you need any help unloading your truck  he asks yeah I do actually I don't want to be out here the rest of the night i say laughing alright then let's get moving embry tells me as I open the back up and we start take the boxes out and I unlock the door and we take the boxes in as embry is walking in with the last box i hear a howling in the woods that's when embry looks at my house then puts the box down as he runs off into the woods I go outside to ask embry about that howl when I see he is nowhere to be found but the box outside my door so I pick it up and take it inside closing the door.

Meanwhile in the woods the pack is chasing after the red headed vampire but she manages to get away as the pack is going back to sam's place embry let the memory slip of the new girl that just moved in next door

Jacob: yeah she does look cute
Jared: she is hot
Paul: total babe
Embry: her name is Kate and that's all I know
Sam: well we better keep an eye on her

The pack turn back to human as Emily is waiting for them with food
The next morning I woken up by someone knocking on my door as I get up and gets dressed then answer it to see embry with some other guy as I smile hey embry and umm I look at the guy next to embry as he sees my confused face and introduces himself, oh sorry I'm Jared Cameron we were wondering if we can show you around la push he says, I greatly appreciate that cuz I need to get some furniture for the house I lock up as we go buy my furniture and come up moving the stuff in and spend the rest of the day getting to know each other.
