What if...

Sharing the light - Part 3

We can not only be an example but we can witness to those around us by spreading the good news to the people around us, starting with our friends and family, we can share the light through wattpad, too. Sharing the light might seem hard to do, it might even seem scary, but because of Gods promise that he will be with us always, we can do it!! So don't give up, even if you mess up once, or twice, or thrice... still give it another go, try different ways of outreach too, there are lots of different ways such as - verbally, writing/books, mission fields, church - any where, any way!! You can share the light to anyone Christian or Non-Christian. For other people their ways of sharing the light will be different to the way that is easiest or feels right for you. For example, the way I share the light is through writing because it is my passion. What ever your passion is, it will most likely be the easier way to share the light, whether it is sports, movies, games, T.V., writing, speaking, serving or any other way. Let God shine through you and reach others in the world! Here are some verses that I think are really good:

Phillipians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you, not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

1Timothy 4:12 - "Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.

If you feel that you are too young or too old to share the light, you are wrong. I used to think that too, I am only 14 years old, but now I know that because Jesus is in my heart, I don't have to be afraid because he is with me giving me the words to say. Don't get me wrong, I still do get scared, worried, fearful and doubtful, everyone does and that's okay only if it doesn't take control of your life, just ask Jesus for peace and guidance and he will give it to you.  He will always and I'll say it again always be with you.

Here is a cool quote about belief:

"It is better to believe in God and die to find out that there isn't, than to not believe in God and die to find out that there is."
